I will embrace my day as a new beginning.
Every interaction I have will be from a fresh perspective.
I will realize that I am in the midst of a busy day and I will stop and take a deep breath.
As I look in the mirror,
I remind myself of the positives that I see.
I choose to pay attention to my self-talk and on purpose turn the negatives into positives.
I get to choose to notice the lessons that I've learned and I leave the rest behind.
I will pick out one thing that someone has done for me that I have left unnoticed and I will find creative ways to say thank you.
I will forgive myself for judging myself for trying to control all of the things.
I will remember that if I let go of the how,
Magic can happen.
I decide to view all the problems I encounter as opportunities for solutions.
If I feel life is moving too fast,
I will make a choice to slow down for a moment and notice the small details of what is going on around me.
I will look to the person I spend the most time with and I will remind myself of one thing that I appreciate about them.
I will ignore the negative self-talk and instead appreciate the characteristics that make me unique and one of a kind.
I will notice when actions I'm taking feel difficult or stressful and I will realize that something about them is not in alignment with my personal value system.
If I find myself wanting more,
I will allow myself to dream a bigger dream.
