Welcome back tokr.

Memphis Studio So,

Letting yourself settle into this moment with the intention simply to be present with yourself,

Nothing to do right now,

Just to be right here.

And if you let go of your agenda,

Even for this meditation,

Let go of any idea that you should feel a certain way or have a certain experience and just let yourself be.

Let the breath be just as it is.

Let the breath be just as it is.

Bringing your attention into the body and just noticing what's it like here right now.

Can you feel the sense of the body resting on the earth held by gravity?

Are there any twinges or tension or sensations in the body right now?

However subtle they might be,

Just to bring awareness to exactly how it is right now.

Let the breath be just as it is.

Let the breath be just as it is.

If thoughts are arising,

Can you take the backward step and simply observe them,

Allow them to be without getting caught in them?

So just being at rest just as you are,

That is enough.

And in this moment,

Is there any small or subtle experience that sparks joy in your heart,

The joy of feeling your breath,

Just feeling the quality of your own aliveness?

Without looking outside of yourself,

Just being at rest.

Without looking outside of yourself,

Just noticing if joy arises spontaneously for no reason if given the space to do so.

Joy because you can experience this life through your senses.

Joy because you can experience this life through your senses.

Joy because you can experience this life through your senses.

Joy can be subtle,

It can be a sense of well-being,

A sense that right now,

Just in this moment,

There's nothing wrong.

Joy because you can experience this life through your senses.

What does it feel like in your body if you can be aware that right this moment,

Nothing's wrong,

There's safety,

Basic needs are met.

Just right now,

Nothing to do but be,

The body can totally relax into this moment right here in the mind as well.

Joy because you can experience this life through your senses.

Joy because you can experience this life through your senses.

Joy because you can experience this life through your senses.

You might notice if there's any thought or any suggestion within you that anything should be different than it is right now.

If you can notice that and just respond,

It's okay.

Just this moment,

It's okay.

Giving yourself and others and circumstances permission to be just as they are,

Just as you are in this moment.

Just relax.

If we touch into this space of nothing's wrong,

Even for a moment,

And have the sense of ease of being,

The sense of spaciousness when the mind isn't filling in with shoulds or leaning forward into the next moment,

Or wanting something to be different than it is,

Even a glimpse,

A momentary glimpse of that space is so precious.

It points us in that direction.

This is what's possible.

All right.

Not a lot of talking which was just what I wanted - but enough to stop me wandering. Thank you

Such a positive and hopeful approach, and nice to have not too much guidance or intervention, with plenty of substantial silences. Thank you!

Very nice meditation. Soft soothing voice with lots of quiet space to notice all the sensations in your body and around your environment.

I really appreciated the extended stretches of silence between the guided prompts. Felt balanced for my meditation practice intention, which is to lean into a quieter mind and be able to stay in silenc

This is the second time of practising this meditation in as many days, and I will continue to find that moment of peace where there is nothing wrong. I have caught glimpses of it and it looks beautiful. Thank you for this practice - the perfect balance of talk and silence for us to explore. Namaste.
