It is particularly important right now that we are able to discern truth. By quieting the mind and listening to wisdom within, we can find our deepest knowing. This is a practice of mindful, embodied awareness that allows us to attune to subtle energy that reveals what we know to be true, both inside and outside ourselves. Note: This meditation was recorded live during a Telesangha meditation.

Let the breath come down all the way through the torso to your foundation and let that help you connect to the earth,

To stability.

Feel yourself present inside your feet and legs and lower torso and find your connection to the earth.

Feel yourself present inside your feet and legs and lower torso and find your connection to the earth.

Feel yourself present inside your feet and legs and lower torso and find your connection to the earth.

And breathe up from your foundation into the third chakra,

The solar plexus,

And into the heart space,

Feeling the arms and hands as part of the heart energy.

And breathing up all the way to the top of the head.

And you might sense an opening at the crown.

And you might sense an opening at the crown.

Feel yourself present in your body from the inside so the body is aware.

So the body is aware.

Awareness inhabits the body.

And you might sense an opening at the crown.

Feeling yourself present from the inside,

Letting go of the thinking mind,

Letting the bones be aware,

Letting awareness move with the breath.

And you might sense an opening at the crown.

Letting even the most subtle sensations or energies be part of awareness.

And letting the breath move from the center of the base of the torso,

Center of the pelvic floor,

Along the spine,

In front of the spine,

All the way to the crown of the head.

Breathing up on the in-breath,

Down on the out-breath.

The out-breath can release into the earth.

And as you breathe through your center,

You might notice if there's anything that feels out of alignment.

If there's anything saying,

Pay attention here.

If you find anything like that,

Don't go into the thinking mind to figure it out,

But be willing to be present with it,

Holding the question,

What is this?

Just presence.

Being willing to stay right here,

Present with whatever is arising in the body,

Whatever truth wants to be known.

That is why we call it the lngrisham.

As you wait in stillness,

Creating the space for the deepest truth,

The deepest wisdom to be revealed can come in many forms.

If you like,

You can hold a question.

What matters most?

Why am I here?

An important step.

Such an important step is to trust that the truth is available right here within you.

We are so conditioned to try to figure out the answers or to look outside ourselves for answers.

Stay right here.

1 When we listen to others speak,

We can attune in the same way and access the felt sense that tells us,

Is this truth,

Is this wisdom what I'm hearing?

You might notice your tendency to think that someone else must certainly know better than you.

If they believe it's truth,

Perhaps it is.

But we all are responsible to live from our own truth.

Sometimes truth seems quite radical.

So if you'd like to right now hold a question in your hands.

Don't pick it up with the thinking mind.

Just simply hold it in front of you and sense into the deepest places.

Breathe through your center.

Wait for knowing to arise.

Lower your voice.

Let the felt sense in the body remain the space of a body.

Let awareness rest there.

And just to say that sometimes we wait a very long time to know truth.

To know an answer to a question.

It might be our life path to know what matters most.

It might take months or years to know what's the next step.

And sometimes we realize we have known the truth all along,

If only we had trusted our knowing.

Thank you for your practice today.

I wish you a day in presence.

I felt the truth immediately, I didn’t want it to be what is was. I didn’t want to believe the source from which it came.Thank you for this meditation and your time. I can only strive to trust and continue to learn to be aware. It is incredibly remarkable how the answer was-just waiting for me to access and accept.

From the start, plenty of silent gaps for reflection. Usually listen to guided meditations; this was very helpful in giving me the opportunity to sit in silence.as opposed to active listening. Very calming voice. Thank you. πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»

I was really enjoying the meditation and my headphones died. Disappointing, but I will restart shortly.. I really appreciate the length of the pauses, considering, I found the content inspiring, so it allows the time for contemplation. Thank you for your contribution πŸ’™πŸ™πŸ’™

I didn’t expect the amount of silence in this meditation, but, surprisingly, I found it very enjoyable. Coupled with your intermittent guidance, it was very useful in learning how to just β€œbe” and await whatever wisdom might come. πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’•

Listening is the key, this is sometimes our greatest obstacle...quieting the thoughts enough to see or hear the truth. This mediation is a great help.
