Welcome to this night time meditation where we will be visualizing ourselves as dragons.

Get yourself into a comfortable position,

Laying down or sitting up.

Grab a pillow,

Maybe a stuffy,

Whatever makes you feel the most relaxed.

Closing those eyes softly.

Taking in a big inhale through your nose.

Big exhale from your mouth.

Allowing yourself to feel perfectly relaxed wherever you are.

Letting go of any worries that you might feel.

Letting go of all of the things that happened today and just focusing on the sound of my voice and the music that you hear.

Imagining yourself outside in a forest going on a beautiful nature walk.

As you walk you feel the dirt beneath your feet,

You feel the wind on your skin and you smell the fresh scent of flowers and trees.

All of a sudden you start to notice your body changing.

Your skin turns dark green and scaly.

Your teeth become sharp and large.

You grow quite a large snout.

You feel wings popping out of your back.

Your hands turn into claws.

Your legs grow bigger.

Your toenails sharper.

You have become a fire breathing dragon.

You jump up into the air and notice that you stay there.

You are flying.

Go ahead and flap your wings and notice how it feels to fly through the air.

Notice how the wind feels on your skin and try to see if you can reach out and touch a cloud.

You decide now that you are going to take three dragon breaths.

A dragon breath is when you inhale through your nose for three seconds and as you exhale you breathe out fire like a fire breathing dragon.

Here we go.

Inhale through your nose.

One,

Two,

Three.

Exhale all the fire.

Inhale through your nose.

One,

Two,

Three.

Exhale all the fire.

Last one.

Big inhale through your nose.

One,

Two,

Three.

Exhale all of the fire.

Taking these dragon breaths leaves you feeling so peaceful and relaxed.

You finish up your trip in the sky and then you softly land back on the ground where you notice that your skin goes back to normal.

Your hands become human hands.

Your legs and your feet become human feet.

Your wings disappear and you are back to normal.

The beautiful you that you are.

You feel so grateful for this experience today.

You begin to wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.

Starting to bring some awareness back into the room that you are in.

Bringing both of your palms gently together and rubbing them together to create some warmth and friction.

And whenever they feel warm enough placing both of your hands over your eyes,

Spreading that warmth across your face,

Saying to yourself out loud,

I am strong.

I am brave.

I am at peace.

Thank you for joining me today.

I'll see you again really soon.
