Gently closing the eyes or bringing your gaze down in front of you.
You're now beginning to find some stillness.
Noticing the breath,
The way it feels as it enters and leaves your nose and mouth.
Deepening it with each inhale.
Lengthening it with each exhale.
Feeling the sensation of the chest as it rises and settles.
Picturing each breath,
Bringing with it fresh and cleansing energy.
Allowing it to move freely throughout your body.
Removing any stuck or stagnant energy.
And with each exhale,
Moving deeper into relaxation and stillness.
Allowing your breath now to return to a natural rhythm.
I invite you to listen to these words of affirmation and gratitude.
Today,
I am grateful for my gifts and strengths.
I am grateful for my willingness to nurture these gifts.
I am grateful for my ability to share my gifts with others.
I am grateful for the time and space where I exist in this moment.
Today,
I will practice kindness and patience.
I will face my fears with a gentle heart.
I will honor my needs and boundaries.
I will continue to focus on my own personal journey.
My path is clear.
I am confident that I know the way.
I do not need to change who I am.
