Welcome back.

My name is Laura and this is Cultivate Your Wellness.

Today's guided meditation is a practice in releasing any energy in the body that is stuck or stagnant.

It is an opportunity to turn our attention inward,

Connect with our breath,

Our life force and let go of anything that no longer serves us.

I'll continue to guide you until the end.

Let's begin.

Beginning to bring your body into a deeper sense of awareness.

Gently closing the eyes if that feels okay.

Finding some stillness.

Some comfort in your body.

Relaxing the muscles of the face.

Relaxing the shoulders,

The hands,

The legs.

Giving your body this permission to pause.

Surrendering into the freedom of this moment.

Directing your attention to the breath.

Slowing it down.

Inhaling.

Bringing in that cleansing air.

Feeling it fill your chest.

Releasing it with an audible sound.

Allowing it to deepen and lengthen.

Inhaling.

Feeling the body expand.

Exhaling.

Letting it go.

Relaxing deeper.

Staying with the breath.

Inhaling.

Acknowledging the existence of the mind.

Finding the space between the thoughts.

Exhaling.

Inviting that space to expand.

Allowing the mind to settle.

Giving it too permission to pause.

Continuing with the breath.

Releasing it into its own natural rhythm.

Feeling a sense of lightness.

Of your body's energy.

Feeling it moving freely with the breath.

Visualizing this energy.

Maybe it's a bright light.

A glowing white or gold or blue light.

And with each inhale it grows.

Deepens its movement throughout your body.

Washing over every muscle.

Every organ.

Every limb.

This manifestation of the breath in the body.

Watching it growing.

Brightening with each inhale.

Allowing it to freely flow.

Gently finding the places where the blockages are hidden.

Grabbing on to anything that's stuck.

Anything that's lingering longer than it needs to.

This energy pushes out that stuck energy with each exhale.

Carrying it away like leaves in a stream.

Any thoughts.

Any tension.

Anything you want to let go of.

See this energy moving so so freely through the body.

Lightening every joint.

Every vessel.

Every bone.

Lightening.

Releasing.

Lightening.

Releasing.

I'll give you a few more minutes to explore on your own.

Beginning to bring your awareness back.

Taking in one final cleansing breath together.

Breathing out.
