Welcome back.
My name is Laura and this is Cultivate Your Wellness.
This guided meditation is an invitation to pause,
To reconnect with yourself,
To take a breath and to remember that it's okay to rest along the way.
We'll explore a visualization that meets you where you are and gently reminds you of your own strength,
Your clarity and your why.
Let's begin.
Taking a moment to get comfortable,
Inviting your body to settle and your breath to soften.
Again,
Inhaling deeply through your nose or mouth and exhaling slowly.
Once again,
Inhaling as you feel the chest expand and exhaling,
Feeling the body softening a little bit more.
Inhaling again,
Noticing the space it creates and as you exhale,
Inviting in softness,
Inviting in stillness,
Inviting in the present.
And as you allow your breath to return to a natural rhythm,
I invite you on a little journey with me.
Picture yourself walking along a dusty path.
The sun is warm on your skin.
The air is still.
You've been walking for a while and you're tired,
Not just in your body,
But deep down and you're unsure of what's next.
There's dust in your eye,
A small rock in your shoe.
Do you push through or do you pause?
In this moment,
You choose to stop.
You sit down right there on the path.
You take off your shoe and shake out the stone.
You sip some water slowly.
It's cool and refreshing and you wipe your eyes clean.
And now you can see more clearly.
Up ahead,
There's a quiet resting spot you hadn't noticed before.
Maybe even a glimpse of your destination far in the distance.
This is what happens when we pause,
When we choose rest instead of resistance.
And you remember you brought yourself here with your strength and your choices and your reasons why.
Yes,
Maybe you've picked up some weight along the way,
A few burdens,
A few doubts,
But they don't define you.
They're just part of the journey.
What stays true is your intention,
Your heart and your purpose.
These are the things that guide you.
These are what keep you steady on your path.
The next time you feel the urge to push or the guilt of needing rest,
Remember this moment.
Remember this space you gave yourself,
This breath,
This clarity.
You're not starting over.
You're beginning again,
From right where you are,
With a clear heart and a renewed sense of wisdom.
I invite you now to sit here a moment or two longer,
Soaking in the stillness,
Feeling the steadiness within you.
I'll call you back when it's time.
Noticing again the sound of my voice,
Beginning to gently return to your breath and your body and to this moment,
Carrying with you a sense of calm,
A little more clarity,
And the courage to continue.
When you're ready,
Opening your eyes and beginning again.
Thank you for taking this time to meditate with me and for yourself.
I hope you're leaving with a little more calm and clearer sense of direction and a reminder that you can begin again,
Over and over,
From exactly where you are.
If this meditation supported you in any way,
I'd love for you to share it or revisit whenever you need to reset.
I hope you have a beautiful rest of your day and keep listening for the quiet voice within you,
The one that always knows the way.
Bye for now.
