Somewhere along the path of our lives we accepted the idea that perfection is perfect. We bought into the belief that someone else should decide for us what is beautiful. We separated from the knowledge that our bodies are only a facet, a reflection, a part of ourSelves; not the Self as a whole. It is now time we return back to a sense of completeness, as we send love, thanks and appreciation to all the parts of our bodies in their physical or energetic state.

Somewhere along the path of our lives,

We accepted the idea that perfection is perfect.

We bought into the belief that someone else should decide for us what is beautiful.

We separated from the knowledge that our bodies are only a facet,

A reflection,

A part of ourselves,

Not the self as a whole.

It is now time we return back to a sense of completeness as we send love,

Thanks,

And appreciation to all the parts of our bodies in their physical or energetic state,

Recognizing that an energetic imprint of each part of our body remains in the absence of the physical.

Accept each part of your body as it is without judgment or control.

Honor each part of yourself and see the beauty of you.

Close your eyes and notice your breath.

Give your body permission to soften and relax in this moment.

Scan your body with awareness every part.

Move slowly up or down the length of your body.

Acknowledge any feelings that may arise.

Take note of any feelings of negativity,

Insecurity,

Or shame that you may have attached to your body.

You you Beginning with the areas of your body that you hold the most intense negative emotions toward Say out loud or in your mind.

I love you.

Thank you You may feel resistance to those words at first and that's okay Continue to move throughout your entire body Until you have spoken those words of love and acceptance to every part you you Feel your entire body fill with the love and acceptance you desire Feel it flow over around and through you you you you you Begin to make gentle movements in your body as you deepen your breath you Invite your awareness to move fully back into your body Return back to this place as often as you need You are beautiful you are whole you are loved you
