They are no longer yours to carry. I see the walls you protect yourself with, Shielding yourself from the pain of your past. For this moment, Let your walls down. I see the state of your heart and the love you desire. Look inside yourself, What you seek is there. I see your fears and all the things you wish were different. You are not defined by your past. You can choose your future. I see the courage that grows within you. These changes you are making ripple farther than you know. And dear friend, I wish you could see yourself through my eyes. You are amazing. You are seen. You are heard. You are loved.
