Make sure that you're in a comfortable seated position.
Something that feels good for you.
And once you've settled in,
Just check in once again with your body,
Make sure that everything is comfortable.
Adjust if you need to.
And then straighten your spine.
Let's lock in.
Focus on your breath.
Bring all of your attention to your breathing.
Make your breathing slower.
Than your regular pace.
Soften your shoulders.
Make space between your teeth so that your jaw relaxes.
And just take a few breaths with me.
Breathe in nice and deep.
All the way to your tummy.
Hold your breath.
Feel the stillness.
And breathe out.
All the way to empty.
Again,
Breathe in nice,
Big,
Deep breath.
Take it all the way down through your body.
And when you're completely full,
Hold.
And release when you need to.
Let it all go.
Start to think about.
What obstacles represent.
The whole objection with this meditation today is to remove some of the obstacles in your life that you may be currently facing.
So let's just take a moment as we sit in stillness and relax our bodies.
What do obstacles mean?
Represent.
What?
Images come to your mind.
When you think about obstacles.
The anomaly is something that we have to face.
We can go around it.
We can go back on our path and try a different path.
We can try and climb over it or under it.
Or we can try and just.
.
.
Face it.
And work our way through it.
Bit by bit.
But let's face it,
Most of us will try all of the other options first.
Whether you're an obstacle in your mind.
For me,
I am envisioning a big boulder.
Giant big rock that I could walk around.
Triangle over.
The last thing I want to do is try and go through it.
We all know that obstacles won't go away unless we face them.
So bring to mind.
The current obstacle of yours.
And have your boulder,
Your big rock there in front of you.
Start to change form into what your obstacle is in your mind.
Whether it's a pile of money.
Whether it's your job,
A partner.
Health issue.
See it there in front of you.
Your current obstacle.
Now the only way that you're going to solve this problem the only sane way without us running from it or procrastinating on it.
The smart way.
To face it,
Is just to handle it.
A little bit.
To time.
So imagine in your mind that you're taking a couple of steps closer to your obstacle.
And metaphorically,
Those steps represent that you're looking closer.
You're facing the truth of what it is that you know you need to deal with.
And as you look closer,
What that allows you to do is start to really see the facts.
Details.
Size of this problem.
Take a step closer to it so that you can actually feel.
Now,
Take a moment,
Some breaths.
To feel how this obstacle is affecting you.
Emotionally,
The weight of it.
The physiality of it.
Or physicality of it.
Just take some breaths with me and feel.
It in.
Your body.
Yuck.
It may not feel pleasant.
You might not want to feel what it makes you feel when you really look at this thing that you have to get through.
It might physically hurt.
It might cause nausea.
It might feel like a tightening in your throat or in your chest.
You could feel an adrenaline rush,
Like you want to run.
But know that you're safe.
Know that this is all illusionary.
You're just testing the waters in a safe space.
So try.
Stick with it.
Try and be with it.
Just allow yourself to breathe slowly and recognize what this issue is doing to you.
Feel it in your body.
This recognition is going to allow you the strength And it's also going to help you to realize that you really have to do something about this.
Obstacle.
So what's our options?
To go through this,
To face this,
What are our options?
Tiny little ones at a time.
Maybe.
Can you think of something that you can do that's small?
Some action,
Some preparation.
Anything that you can do that's small on a daily basis.
For yourself.
So that you can handle this.
This is something that you can do on a daily basis.
Just let your mind start to communicate with you.
Like in preparation almost.
Is there something some way you can prep yourself?
To be more emotionally stable.
Or physically or mentally.
Empowered.
To be able to handle it.
Just something small daily.
Daily Journaling Maybe it's a daily walk where you.
.
.
Repeat affirmations.
Maybe it's a clean out.
Every day you do something to just clean out you or clean out your space so that you feel more comfortable.
Priya.
What can you do daily?
This,
Of course,
Isn't going to completely remove your obstacle.
But it's going to help to start to shake it a little bit.
Relax your shoulders,
Relax your face,
Remember you're safe.
Mrs.
Just a quiet place for you to become more self-aware of your life right now.
And if there's anything that's blocking your path.
Then we're just going to gently start to clear that path.
The next thing I want you to start to think about is an action.
Not the action of what you're going to do daily.
This is separate.
This is a bigger,
Slightly bigger step.
What action can I take?
With something that's physical,
That's earthbound,
What can I be doing?
Towards me.
And what my life is going to look like when I've gone through this obstacle.
For example,
If it's about money,
Maybe I have a project,
Maybe I need to make business cards,
Maybe I need to get online,
Maybe I need to become more social media present,
Maybe I need to start to market myself in different ways.
Maybe I need to start to socialize in groups with like minded people.
Some kind of action.
What?
Action.
Can I take towards safeguarding.
My path once I've got through this obstacle.
Remember this obstacle could be a person,
This obstacle could be a current career,
This obstacle could be something to do with your health.
What could I be doing now that's going to make my path better?
More accessible.
On the other side.
Just breathe and start to allow some ideas to come to you.
Are you the type of person that likes?
A goal.
Are you the type of person that likes?
Time frame.
If so,
Thinking about this obstacle in front of you.
Would it help if you gave yourself?
An out date.
A through day.
Time frame.
If that resonates with you,
Then start to sit with that and think about,
I'm going to give myself three months,
I'm going to give myself six months,
Whatever it is that comes to you.
If timeframes and goals make you feel totally pressured.
And set your adrenaline off and make you feel overwhelmed.
Step away from that idea.
Don't worry about it.
What's best for you.
And maybe that's just the baby steps.
That 1% every day.
Is eventually going to add up.
Just breathe,
Let your mind do its magic.
Allow little ideas and visions and thoughts to float in like clouds.
You can either play with them a little bit or you can just let them keep floating by if they don't resonate.
I do want to do something that's.
.
.
Very helpful for all of us.
Just a little visualization trick.
As we're thinking about all of these things that we're doing and going to do.
To remove that obstacle there in front of us,
However you're visualizing your obstacle.
Allow it to start to shrink.
In your mind.
Visually.
Trust me on this.
Even if you haven't done anything in the real world yet.
Energetically,
It's all starting to take place.
See it getting smaller.
You can imagine the future and see your boulder like a tiny,
Tiny little speck of dirt.
Tiny little pebble.
That's all that's left of it.
But right now see it shrinking.
Whatever your vision is of your obstacle,
See it becoming less and less and less.
As your 1% daily activity adds up.
And builds and builds and builds.
Your obstacle gets smaller and smaller and smaller.
Allow this to start to build up your confidence a little bit.
Allow yourself to feel a little bit.
Just a little bit excited.
About the potential that you have with this situation.
Dare I say it?
Let yourself feel the hope.
Let it be in there,
Let it come back because that's going to give you the drive and the will.
That's going to allow you to see the other side of your obstacle.
Like the light at the end of a tunnel.
The hope will keep you moving forward.
Tinier and tinier and tinier obstacle.
And that's all that you need to do today.
You can come back and imagine this in your mind over and over again if it feels helpful for you,
If it reminds you.
Otherwise.
.
.
Just trust.
Do your actions.
Let go of the visual of the other side and just rest.
And so it is.
If you could all say that to yourself.
And so it is.
Namaste,
My friends.
