Are you ready to meditate with Cori?

Climb into your bed and get super,

Super comfortable.

Try and make sure that everything is just right in your room so that you can relax your body and let go of your busy,

Busy day.

The first thing that we're going to do so that you can settle down and relax your body is breathe out some raspberries.

Now you would think this would be a bit silly,

Like come on Cori,

But no,

No,

No,

No,

No.

There is a method to my madness,

My little friend.

So,

Trust me,

We're going to do three raspberry breaths.

They go like this.

You breathe in all the way down,

As big as you possibly can.

Breathe all the way down to your tummy so your tummy's full,

Like you've eaten way too much pizza.

And then when you breathe out,

You make a raspberry.

Like that.

Breathe out like that.

Right?

Let's do that again.

Breathe in all the way down so you've got big,

Ginormous,

Swelled up pizza belly.

And then breathe out with the biggest,

Loudest raspberry you've ever made.

Breathe in again,

All the way down.

This time you've had pizza and you've had a milkshake.

Oh,

It's so big,

So big,

So big.

And then breathe out with the loudest,

Even louder raspberry,

Until you're completely empty.

And then relax a little bit and breathe normal.

Now what I want you to do is take your hands out of the covers so that your hands are laid on the top of the covers.

Your hands and your arms.

You're going to lift your hands and your arms up to the sky and you're going to pretend that there's a big balloon,

Or a big ball,

Or a big ghost,

Or a big cloud,

Or a big Squishmallow monster or something.

And you're going to punch it.

Punch,

Punch,

Punch,

Punch,

Punch,

Punch,

Punch,

Punch,

Punch,

Punch,

Punch.

Keep punching.

Punch,

Punch,

Punch,

Punch,

Punch.

Punch into the sky.

Punch,

Punch,

Punch,

Punch,

Punch,

Punch,

Punch,

Punch,

Punch,

Punch,

Punch.

And then relax your arms back down on the bed.

Take a nice big deep breath and slow down your breathing once again.

We are getting rid of some of the energy from the day.

Cori's going to make it so you feel nice and yummy inside before you fall to sleep.

Now what I want you to do is bend your knees so that your feet are on the bed and your knees are up bent.

You're going to do like windshield wipers with your knees.

Windshield to the left.

Let them fall down to one side to the left.

If you know which one left is,

It doesn't matter if you don't because you can just let them fall down to one side.

Have a nice stretch.

Stretch your back.

Stretch your thighs.

Keep your shoulders on the bed.

And then lift your legs up and let them drop to the other side.

Stretch the other way.

Nice long deep stretch.

Now you're going to do it a little bit faster.

Stretch over to the left.

Drop them.

Stretch over to the right.

Drop them.

Stretch over to the left.

Drop them.

Stretch over to the right.

Drop them.

Now bring them back into centre and let them fall flat once again.

This next one is to relax your face so your face gets all soft and yummy and relaxed.

I want you to squeeze your eyes shut really,

Really tight.

Like you don't want any light coming in at all.

You're so,

So closed.

Your eyes are so closed.

So tight.

So,

So tight.

Keep squeezing.

Keep squeezing.

And then let your eyes just relax normal.

And feel that yummy flow of relaxation in your face.

Let's do that again.

Squeeze,

Squeeze,

Squeeze.

Scrunch up your nose.

Scrunch up your eyes.

Scrunch up your mouth.

Scrunch all of your face this time.

As much as you possibly can.

As if you're squeezing it tight between two pillows.

Squish it so that you've got the funniest face.

If anybody's looking.

Squish,

Squish,

Squish.

And then let it all relax.

That's good.

That's good stuff right there.

Good job.

Now what I want you to do is squeeze your shoulders all the way up to your ears.

So it actually,

It's like really tight.

It feels super tight.

Squeeze them all the way up to your ears.

Hold them,

Hold them,

Hold them.

So it hurts your neck a little bit.

But it's so tight.

It's so tight.

And then let your shoulders relax.

Down away from your ears.

And let that nice,

Relaxed,

Burny flow just melt into your shoulders.

Feels all warm and yummy and relaxed,

Doesn't it?

Let's do it again.

Squeeze them really,

Really tight.

All the way up to your ears.

Squeeze,

Squeeze,

Squeeze,

Squeeze,

Squeeze.

And then let them go.

Fully,

Completely relaxed.

That's it.

Good job.

That's all you have to do to get out any crazies,

Any nut balls,

Any wally wallies,

Any happy hedgehogs,

Any silly skunks,

Or fabuloso fishes.

Actually,

Let's leave the fabuloso fish in there because you are fabulous,

Right?

But everything else has to go before you go to sleep.

We squeezed it all out.

We punched it out.

We squeezed it out.

We windshield wipered it out.

We did all of it.

So now your body is soft and floaty and relaxed.

Just like the marshmallow,

Man.

You're cozy.

Ahh.

Relaxed.

You're so relaxed that now you will fall to sleep.

Right?

No.

Close your eyes.

Now,

Sleep.

Nope.

Nope.

Nope.

Nope.

Nope.

Nope.

Close your eyes.

Sleep.

There we go.

Night night,

Sweet pea.

See you tomorrow night.

Sweet dreams.
