Are you ready to meditate with Cori?

Climb up into your bed and make sure that you're super comfortable.

Try and be as still and as quiet as you possibly can.

Take some nice deep breaths.

Calm yourself down.

It's time for bed,

Which means it's time to relax.

Time to let go of your busy,

Busy days.

Tucker and Leo had been dragged to a fashion show.

They had to be catwalk muggles.

Catwalk muggles,

Can you believe it?

Mia,

Gabby,

Charlie,

Adeline and Tyler were having an event at their school.

They were trying to raise funds for the local community.

They were going to share whatever proceeds they created from the event with a local old people's home and the library.

The library was in much need of a facelift and they thought that they could help the community this way.

So the school,

Giving them permission,

All got together and all of the fifth grade was going to do a fashion show.

The theme was the seasons of the year.

Summer,

Winter,

Autumn,

Spring.

So the kids could choose whatever they wanted to wear depending on what group they'd been put into.

So if you were a summer group,

You wore something that looked very summery.

And if you were a winter group,

You wore something that looked like it was cold outside and it was wintertime.

That kind of thing.

The teachers had told the kids that if they wanted to and they had pets that were very well behaved and responsible,

That they could involve their pets.

Well,

Of course.

I mean,

How would you not want to invite Tucker and Leo to something like that?

Leo was backing up against the wall when they told them,

Trying to disappear and becoming visible.

That's not something I want to do,

Said Leo instantly.

Everyone said,

Oh,

Leo,

Including Tucker.

Leo,

Leo,

Come on,

Leo.

It'll be fun.

We'll have so much fun.

We'll get to meet lots of new people.

We'll get to look all snazzy and fancy.

And I can do a very good catwalk.

Tucker ran towards the front door and then started to walk down the hallway as if it was a catwalk.

He looked very funny.

He was waggling his bum at the back as if he was all slinky,

Like a slinky toy.

Leo said,

No,

Definitely not.

I cannot go in front of lots and lots of people and do something like that.

Tucker said,

Leo,

You can.

You just need to be confident,

Leo.

You need to channel your confident self.

You need to channel someone that's very confident.

Someone like,

Who's confident?

Gabby said,

Oprah Winfrey?

I don't know who that is,

Said Tucker,

But she sounds confident.

Charlie said,

What about like the president?

Oh,

Which one?

I'm sure they have to be confident,

Though,

Right?

Because they were president.

You can't be a president without being confident.

That's a very good idea,

Charlie.

Mia said,

What about if you channel like Chance the Rapper?

Tucker and Leo both looked at Mia as if,

Mia said,

He's like a rapper.

He's popular,

Like he's confident,

Produces music,

Helps people make songs.

He has like really like big hits in the charts.

Okay then,

Tucker said.

I like his name,

Chance the Rapper sounds like a very cool dude.

Is he a dude?

Mia said,

Yes,

He's a dude.

Yeah,

Let's be Chance the Rapper.

Tucker ran down the hallway again towards the front door,

Stopped at the front door,

Did a spin,

But before he completely turned around,

He stared over his shoulders like models do on the catwalk as if to say,

Look at me,

I'm so fancy.

And then he lifted one of his paws up as if to say,

Oh,

I'm so fancy.

And then he started walking even slinkier,

Like a slinky snake,

Sliding his way down the catwalk,

All slow and confident.

Mia said,

Why don't you just give it a try,

Leo?

You might be really good.

Leo said,

No,

No,

No,

No.

Is there any other jobs that you can do to help this charity?

Maybe I can collect tickets.

Maybe I could seat people at their seats.

Tyler said that if Leo didn't want to do it,

He did not have to do it.

And that was totally fine.

Adeline thought that that was true.

Don't force anyone to do anything,

Said Adeline.

That's not nice.

Everyone thought about it.

Tucker didn't think about it very much and carried on pushing at Leo.

Come on,

Leo.

We can be like superstars of this fashion show.

We could be like the famous top muggles.

I saw that on telly one time.

There's a program called a Top Muggle,

And it's like a competition.

And everybody comes and they do different fashion shoots and photography shoots.

And they have to learn to walk like a model,

Which I can already do.

And it's so good.

Leo said,

I don't want to do it.

Everybody respected Leo's decision and let it drop.

In the meantime,

They were all practicing walking down the hallway,

How they were going to do their walks.

Mia was summer.

Gabby and Sharla were winter.

Adeline and Tyler were spring.

None of them had got fall.

Nobody was autumn.

Tucker said,

Can I be autumn?

I like autumn.

They have some very cool colours.

I can wear like a trench coat because it rains sometimes in autumn.

I can wear a trench coat and I can wear my fancy hat.

And I can wear my orange hat because it's pumpkin season.

Autumn's pumpkin season and it's so much fun.

Pumpkins,

Here I come.

I even could wear a pumpkin.

No,

That might be a bit heavy,

But maybe I could wear a T-shirt with,

Ooh,

I could wear my Halloween T-shirt because that's got a pumpkin on the front.

They had so much fun discussing what they were going to wear,

What it was going to be like.

When it came to the special night that weekend,

Everyone was excited.

Leo went along,

Even though he wasn't going to be a muggle,

But he went along to support and help in any way that he could.

There was about five teachers that were running the show and they were all directing the different seasons and the different groups,

When they should walk,

Who should walk first.

They numbered each one of the dogs,

The cats,

The kids with a number so that they knew which order to come out into the audience and walk down the catwalk in their desired clothing and all of that.

It was very good and it was very organised.

Until the actual event happened.

There was a slight mix-up in the back.

They'd got too many autumns.

Tucker was chosen to be a summer.

He didn't want to be a summer.

He'd chosen the clothes to be an autumn.

One of the teachers said,

We have plenty of awesome summer clothes,

Tucker.

You'll look great as a summer,

Especially with your black shiny fur coat.

It'll just reflect any bright colours that you would wear for summer.

She managed to convince Tucker that he needed to be a summer.

So he took off his trench coat and he took off his scarf and he took off his pumpkin t-shirt and he allowed the teacher to pass him some clothes that would be summer.

He was now number 13.

Oh,

No,

No.

I need a different number,

Said Tucker.

He didn't like the number 13.

He'd been told the number 13 was bad luck.

No,

It's fine.

That's the only number we have,

Tucker.

And if you turn it the other way round,

It's 31.

There you go.

But really,

Tucker didn't see the sense in that at all.

And it didn't ease his uneasiness.

He could feel it in his tummy.

Oh,

And I'm not my number anymore.

And I'm a different number anymore.

And now I'm wearing a different outfit.

Charlie tried to calm Tucker down and tell him that it was fine.

He was going to do a really good job.

He was like one of the best catwalkers there.

Okay,

Said Tucker,

Still nervous.

Then the teacher passed him a pair of high-heeled shoes.

What,

Said Tucker.

I'm not going to wear them,

Emma.

I've never walked in heels before.

Oh,

You'll be great.

We need these because with this particular summer dress,

Then it has to go with these heels.

You'll do just fine,

Tucker.

And I happen to have a matching pair.

So there's four.

And it's perfect.

It's just divine.

It's perfect.

Tucker felt a little bit overspoken.

Like he wasn't being heard.

Like he was nervous.

He was now confused.

Now he wasn't confident about how he was walking anymore because this teacher was making him wear high heels.

High heels.

Tyler looked at him and said,

What are you going to do?

I don't know,

Said Tucker.

Gulping,

Swallowing.

His eyes got a little bit runny.

I think I need my brother.

I need my Leo.

Can someone find Leo for me?

This was all happening backstage.

Leo was at the front taking tickets.

He was enjoying himself.

Even though we know he doesn't like very many strangers and he doesn't like other animals and he's not really into kids that much.

But he was trying hard and he was doing it for charity because they were raising money for the old people's home and the library.

And he was pushing through.

Push through,

He kept telling himself.

You can do it,

Leo.

It's for a good cause.

Adeline went and found Leo at the front.

You need to come backstage.

Tucker's having a bit of a meltdown.

What,

Said Leo.

Tucker's having a meltdown?

Tucker doesn't have meltdowns.

Yeah,

They changed his season.

Now he's got to be summer.

He's not autumn anymore.

So they changed his clothes at the last minute.

And then this silly teacher gave him two pairs of high heels and told him he would look great in that summer dress and high heels.

Leo said,

What?

Tucker's never wore high heels.

Adeline said,

Exactly.

He needs you backstage.

Leo dropped everything,

Hurried backstage.

All the kids were there trying to convince Tucker that it would be fine.

Mia and Gabby had already had to go on stage.

So they had to leave.

Charlie,

Adeline and Tyler and Leo were all trying to convince Tucker that he would be amazing.

He would do just fine.

Give it a try,

Leo said.

Actually,

That's a good idea.

Tucker,

Come on,

Just try it.

You might be able to walk in these things.

You never know.

Tucker slid on the heels.

He needed help standing up.

That's how wobbly he was on them.

But then he started walking a little bit.

Oh,

It was bad.

He looked like he was skating.

His legs were flying all over.

He was doing the banana splits.

He fell down once and then he stood back up and slipped back down again.

It was like he couldn't understand the heels and how to walk in them.

And they were so slidey and slippy.

But he practiced.

It's for a good cause.

I can do this.

Leo had told him that's what he was saying at the front desk.

Keep saying it,

Said Leo.

You've got this.

I've got this.

I can do it.

Tucker practiced and practiced and practiced.

And then they said,

Right,

Summer,

We're ready for you.

Backstage.

Said Tucker.

Leo said,

You've got it.

You can do it.

Come on.

Tucker got in line.

He was swallowing.

He was sweating.

He was so nervous.

All these people were going to see him just fall on his face out there.

And oh,

And then he had to push away all of those thoughts and think about the fact that he was doing this for a good cause.

He was doing this for the library.

He was doing this for the old people.

He was doing this and it was bigger than him.

He needed to try.

He had to try no matter how scared he was.

So he puffed out his chest.

He stuck up his head as if he was confident,

Like Superman.

The light shone on his face as he walked out onto stage.

And he clippy cloppied all the way down to the end.

Then he did that fancy thing where he half turned and stared over his shoulder and gave everyone in the audience a big cheesy Tucker smile.

And then he slinked his way.

Back up the catwalk,

Got off the stage,

Got backstage,

Kicked off the heels and fell on the floor.

Utterly relieved.

You did it.

You did it.

Everyone was shouting.

Tucker,

You're so amazing.

You're so good at this.

Good job,

Tucker.

The teacher that had made him wear the heels that made him into summer was so impressed.

You were so good.

I think you were the bestest thing out there tonight.

That made Tucker feel very,

Very,

Very proud of himself.

When the whole event was over,

The dogs went home.

Leo was proud of himself because he'd been social and that was something that was normally very hard for him.

Tucker was proud of himself because he pushed through and he'd walked in heels on a catwalk and done it in front of lots and lots of people and everyone loved him.

They all thought he did awesome.

They basically patted each other on the back as they laid there on their big dog bed together,

Snuggling.

We did so good,

Leo.

So good.

I'm so proud.

Leo said,

Yeah,

Yeah,

Me too.

They talked about a few other things that they saw at the event.

Some little bits and bobs that had happened.

One girl almost fell off the stage but she didn't,

Thank goodness.

And they ended up raising a lot of money at their event.

They said they might start to do it annually.

Every year.

Said Tucker.

When Leo told him that.

Once is enough.

Thank you very much.

And then the dogs eventually fell fast asleep.

So now for the ttteeeaaaaa! Ok so it was just a normal day and I head home and I lay on my bed and grab my phone I go onto tick tock scroll two posts down and I get a notification it's from my tracking app where I can track my contacts it says one of my contacts has moved from original spot I tap on it and thought I saw all of my contacts at home or work so I'm like bro this app lies I tapped the side bar where I can see all my contacts and there area I saw my boyfriend Dylan at a fancy restaurant... strange I mean he said he started doing doordash but like that was a REALLY fancy restaurant so I was just like, don't sweat it he's probably just doing a doordash stop taking it so seriously girl! So after like 15 to 20 mins later I go back onto my tracking app and he's still there... suspicious I was about to go drive there until my phone buzzed and told me that another one of my contacts moved.
