My name is Kari and for this meditation you need to be outside in the sun.
This is a sun gazing meditation.
The sun normally has set times of the day where it's not too intense.
Use your common sense and do this meditation either first thing in the morning when the sun is not too bright,
When it's comfortable to actually stare at the sun with your eyes open,
Or do the meditation in the evening as the sun's going down,
Maybe setting.
If you do this meditation and try and sun gaze at the peak of the day when the sun's at its brightest,
You'll probably damage your eyes and also you won't be able to sun gaze because you'd have to close your eyes.
The sun's too bright.
So just use your logic and choose the perfect time of day for you to do this meditation.
Sit down comfortably.
Make sure that your spine is nice and straight.
Your jaw is relaxed.
Sit down with your hands in your lap or on your knees.
Check in with your body and make sure that everything feels comfortable.
Your sit bones,
Your ankles on the ground,
Wherever you're sat.
And then just put all of your focus and attention on gazing at the sun.
When you sun gaze during your meditation,
You can set different intentions on what you want to achieve.
What is your goal?
Why are you here today doing this?
What do you want this sun to do for you?
You can cleanse during sun gazing.
You can set the intention that the light from the sun is coming down onto your skin,
Down into your cells,
Down onto your energy field and it's cleansing and purifying and sweeping away all of the old unnecessary baggage that you might be carrying.
For that type of cleansing meditation using the sun,
Then just focus on the light and how the light overrides the dark.
How the light from the sun represents rays of spirituality,
Of source,
God,
All that is and have that light come down,
Open yourself up and allow the light to purify you as you sit and stare at it.
You can set an intention on the sun right now to feed your body with energy,
Feeding from the energy of the sun,
The vitamin D,
The electricity,
The power of the sun feeding your cells,
Entering into your body and stimulating life force and energy.
So for this type of meditation,
You can set the intention feeding from what the sun is delivering to you as you sun gaze.
The sun sends out electricity.
Moon sends out magnetism.
As we sun gaze,
We are receiving energetically electricity.
Electricity is male energy.
So if you have a task that you need to achieve,
If you need to be focused and direct and on track,
If you want to stimulate your sexual energy to become more aroused or interested in sexual activity,
Then sun gazing will help you in that department.
As the sun feeds your body with yang energy,
You will get all the benefits of that as you do your sun gazing meditation.
Visualize your body opening,
The crown of your head,
Your throat chakra,
Your third eye,
All of your chakras,
All the way down to your root chakra at the base of your spine.
See everything opening and welcoming in this energy.
The source of light that's carrying life force into your body,
Through your skin,
Through your eyes,
Through your breath,
As you breathe it and welcome it into your being.
Absorb the rays.
See in your mind's eye,
Your body as an open vessel.
Pull in the energy from the sun towards you,
Feeding from its light.
You can set an intention as you sun gaze to connect to source.
Use the sun as your connection.
Use the sun as the symbol of light.
Light is source.
Light is all that is.
Light overrides all the shadows.
Imagine that you're using your sun gazing meditation right now to raise your vibration internally,
To calibrate the frequency of your vibration to a higher frequency.
As you open up,
Opening your flesh,
Opening your mind,
Opening your cells to the light,
Set the intention that that light is changing the calibration and frequency inside of your being.
Charging you like a battery,
Going from wherever you were at before you started,
Going up a level,
Up another level,
Up another level with every breath.
Every minute that passes,
You bring in and call forth your connection to source.
That divine connection between you and light.
Imagine the symbol of the sun and your sun gazing meditation to turn that into a reality.
And every breath that you breathe in,
Acknowledge that you're raising your frequency.
You're changing your density,
You're changing your mood,
State of mind.
You're even changing and re-scripting the health of your body.
See that golden light carrying healing properties into your being.
And if you wanted to,
You could set the intention that you're sitting down today sun gazing just to heal something within your physical body.
So we can use our intention to magnify what the light is going to do for our individual reality.
Are we cleansing?
Are we feeding?
Are we growing and changing?
Are we connecting to source?
Are we healing?
Are you raising the level of your sexual appetite?
What are you wanting to achieve today by your connection to the light?
And if you want to do all of them,
I want all of it,
Then so it is.
But if you want to sit now and just focus on one thing,
Then so it is.
As I leave you today,
Please set in the sun for another five or 10 minutes.
Set your intention,
Know what it is that you want to achieve,
And then welcome that blessing into your being.
