My name is Corrie.
This meditation is going to guide us into a place where we can observe to see if our energy is truly our energy or whether it's attracted some visitors,
Some dark force energy or attachments.
So let's just go and check.
First of all I'd like you to sit in a very comfortable seated position.
Make sure that you're comfortable.
Use a chair with a back if you need or rest against the wall.
Straighten your spine.
Allow your chin to just soften and relax slightly.
Close down your eyes if you haven't done so already and start to slow down your breathing.
Breathe nice and slow.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
See if you can pull your breath all the way down to the base of your abdomen.
Let your tummy expand.
When you exhale,
Notice how your tummy pulls back into itself,
Pulling closer to the spine.
Just naturally let your tummy breathe in and breathe out.
Relax and pull back.
Just start to put all of your focus and attention onto your breath.
So let go of the outside world completely.
Find a nice rhythm with your breath.
And then if you can take all of your focus and attention down into your feet.
Feel your feet.
Go inside of your feet and feel and see if you can feel any tingling sensations,
Any slight vibration in your feet.
Zone in to the sensations in your body and start to really let go of anything else.
Just focusing on your body right now.
Taking your time to shift your conscious awareness into your body and your body alone.
You can feel the air around your feet.
Maybe you're barefoot,
Maybe you've got socks on or slippers on,
Whatever it is.
But feel the air around your feet.
Notice the temperature of your feet.
Using your mind,
Starting to work with the power of your mind.
Internally tell your feet it's time to relax.
It's time to relax feet.
It's time to let go.
And allow a sense of release to happen in your feet as if your feet just get slightly heavier.
As if they let go and relax a little bit so you can feel that shift.
It's time to let go feet.
As if all the cells and all the bones and the muscles in your feet are just softening slightly.
And then if you move up into your lower legs,
Just feel the overall space of your lower legs.
Get a sense of what your calf muscles feel like,
What your shins feel like.
And then use your mind.
It's time to relax lower legs,
Time to let go.
And see if you can feel that gentle shift inside of your body.
Let them get heavy.
Pull your attention up into your thighs,
Your upper legs.
Relax your upper legs.
Maybe take your breath down into your upper legs.
Breathe a breath in.
Pull it all the way down into your upper legs.
And then relax,
Let go.
Let them get heavy.
Relax your hips.
Feel your sit bones on your chair.
Relax your lower back.
We're just doing a gentle sweep through the body to make sure that we're comfortable.
We're relaxed.
We're slowing down completely.
Stillness,
Quietness,
Running through our body.
All is well in the world.
Everything is calm.
Relax your torso.
Imagine that your lungs,
Your heart,
All of your organs,
Your digestive system,
Everything is starting to become more peaceful,
More calm.
Imagine that the relaxation is heavy on your shoulders,
Making even more space between your shoulders and your ears.
Let your shoulders really feel heavy and drop down.
See that relaxation rolling down the tops of your arms.
Imagine it rolling down to your elbows,
All the way down to your fingertips.
The back of your neck is nice and relaxed.
The jaw is nice and relaxed.
Let go of any tension that you might be holding in your jaw.
Make space between your teeth just a little bit so that your jaw can soften.
Relaxing your cheeks,
Your face.
With your eyes closed,
I'd like you to imagine that you're staring out into that dark space there in front of your face.
You may see shadows or a color.
You may see absolutely nothing.
You may just see complete blackness,
Darkness.
Rather than just see it as an empty space,
I'd like you to imagine that you're actually standing there on the edge of the world as if you're staring out into the cosmos.
Staring out into endless possibilities of where you could travel in your mind.
Using your imagination,
I'd like you to imagine that there's a staircase of ten steps going down there in front of you.
So imagine in your mind that you're taking a couple of steps forward and then you stop at the top step.
And as you peer down in front of you,
You can see ten steps going down.
I'd like you to look down at your feet and if you're wearing anything on your feet,
Make sure that you kick off your socks and your shoes so that you're barefoot at the top step.
And now you can feel that top step underneath your feet.
You can whittle your toes around and scrape your feet on the ground and really feel the sensation of that top step and what your staircase is made of.
Maybe your staircase is made of carpet.
It's covered in carpet.
Maybe it's tiled or concrete,
Wood,
Whatever it is,
Just be aware of your stairs.
At the bottom of the ten steps,
There's a door and I'll tell you all about that door when we get down there.
You might be able to see the door from where you're at or you might not.
But there's a door waiting for us to go through down at the bottom.
We're going to go down these ten steps together and every step that you take,
You'll notice that your body shifts into a deeper or comfortable state of trance so that you feel very,
Very calm and comfortable.
Know that you are completely safe.
Know that you are protected by Christ's light and all that is good in this world and beyond.
Starting either with your left foot or your right foot,
Going down the steps.
Ten,
Nine,
Eight,
Feel the steps underneath your feet.
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Here at the bottom of the ten steps,
Taking a couple of steps forward,
I'd like you to stand right there in front of the door.
Notice what your door looks like.
Sense what your door feels like.
Notice the color,
The size.
Notice if it has any panels or windows.
Does your door have a door handle or a doorknob?
In just a few moments,
We'll go through this door into a room,
Not just yet.
The room has whatever you want in it.
It can be filled with whatever your mind or imagination wants to deliver today in this room.
But there is one thing in the room that I know that is there and that is a full length mirror.
The full length mirror will be over on the right side of the room,
Towards the right hand corner.
When I say one in just a few moments,
You'll open the door.
When I say two,
You'll walk through the doorway.
And when I say three,
You'll close the door behind you and stay right there by the door.
One,
Two,
Three.
Just look down at your feet,
First of all.
Look down at the ground.
Notice what you're standing on,
What the floor looks like.
And then looking over to the left side of the room,
Notice what you see over there.
Notice what you see straight in front of you.
What's in your room?
It may be completely empty.
It may be filled with different things.
What's over on the right side of the room?
The mirror,
But what else?
And now what I'd like you to do is walk over to the full length mirror and stand in front of it.
And look at your reflection.
What do you see?
How do you look?
Look at your face,
Look at your eyes.
I'd like you to look at the space around your body.
If there is anything different from what I am saying,
Like if you can't see your reflection,
If you can't see yourself in the mirror,
Then that's okay.
That's okay.
Just stand in the mirror and watch the reflection.
Just see what happens.
Take a nice big deep breath and relax.
Also know that I am with you and you are completely safe,
Protected by all good things in these realms.
It is your sovereign right to have complete protection at this time.
So you are just observing.
You're not going to be affected by anything.
It's an observation.
Just keep watching your reflection.
For those of you that can see your reflection,
I'd like you to notice if you have any shadows or shapes or dark energy or areas attached anywhere on your body.
So start at the base of your feet and just look at your feet.
And look all the way up your body and notice if there's any dark areas,
Any shaded shadow areas.
Okay.
Just observe your reflection.
It may look like you.
It may look like a younger version of you.
It may look like an older version of you.
These things are telling you something.
If this is a younger version of you,
Then that might be around a time when something traumatic or something happened with your energy.
So these are clues.
If this is an older version of you,
Then it could be indicating that this is how you see yourself.
This is how you feel.
Old,
Maybe tired.
Look at your eyes specifically.
If you see that your eyes look different,
Then that might be an indication that there is an energy there that needs to be removed.
Your eyes are the doorways to the soul,
Right?
So let's keep an eye on the eyes.
I'm going to help you with that if that's the case.
If you see any dark areas over your body,
Any shadows areas over your body,
We can remove those too.
If you see any darkness or any forms or shadows behind you or around you in any way to your sides,
Then we will deal with those too.
You have the power to remove anything from your energy field.
So we're going to use that power right now.
If you have any dark shadows over your body,
I'd like you to see you starting to pull with your hands those dark shadows out of your body like taffy.
Like taffy,
As if you're pulling tar,
Something out of your body.
Pull it out.
Pull it out of your body.
You have the power to do so.
And then I'd like you to just shake it off your hands.
Maybe in your mind you can imagine that there is a hole in the wall and that hole in the wall sends whatever you're taking out of your body to the ends of the earth.
We are assuming at this point that these dark energies are not welcome.
We're just doing a general sweep.
We're not doing anything too deep,
Just a general sweep of our aura and our energy field and our physical body.
And we're removing at this point anything that doesn't serve us,
Anything that doesn't need to be there.
We are returning energy back to sender.
So pull the shadows out of your body.
If your eyes look different,
I'd like you to imagine that your fingertips are like magnets and you're pulling whatever it is from your eyes out of your physical form,
Out of your energy field.
Pull.
Use your breath with the pulling.
Breathe in and pull.
Breathe out and shake it off.
Shake it.
Release it.
Breathe in and pull.
Breathe out.
Shake it.
Shake it off.
Send it into the hole.
This is my space.
Say intuitively whatever feels right for you.
This is my physical vessel.
This is my temple.
This is my body.
I am returning all energy,
Unwanted energy to sender.
I am releasing you.
I am sending you with intention to the end of the earth or I am releasing you back to sender with love and light.
But you're not welcome here in my body.
This is my life,
Right?
This is my space.
Whatever you need to say.
Drum up some power,
Guys.
Drum up your power.
Drum up your inner light.
Send it with intention.
You are all that is.
You are the universe itself.
You are light.
Your light overrules anything that doesn't belong in your space.
It is your sovereign right to own every single aspect of your space.
And unless something has had permission,
Then it's time for it to let go and leave.
Just keep pulling.
Remove,
Remove,
Remove,
Remove.
Take back your power.
Use your breath,
Your life force.
You are all.
You have all within you.
I'd like you to look down at your hands and see the light,
See the power flickering and vibrating through your cells in your hands,
Around the energy of your hands.
Imagine that your hands are like golden,
Bright white golden light.
Just vibrating.
Your whole body is vibrating with bright white golden light.
Just repelling anything out of your cells,
Anything out of your energy field.
Just blast it away.
And that light in your hands,
I'd like you to imagine that they're like seals.
And wherever you place your hands on your body,
It seals up the holes.
It seals up those gaps in the grid that is you,
Your grid,
Your protective shield around you,
Your grid of light.
Imagine wherever you place your hands,
You're sealing up those holes.
You're re-establishing a complete grid of protection around your body.
Place your hands gently over your eyes if your eyes look different.
Let your eyes come back to their regular form,
Completely sealed and protected.
Seal up your chakras from the root.
Place it on your root.
Place it on the base of your spine.
Put your other hand over your sacral.
Seal.
Put your other hand over your solar plexus.
Seal.
Just a gentle touch is all you need.
Put another hand over your heart chakra.
Seal it.
Another hand over your throat chakra.
Seal that baby so it's all protected and clean.
Put another hand over your third eye and seal in the power.
This is your power.
And finally,
Another hand over your crown at the top of your head.
Seal in the source,
The light that you are.
Coming completely back together.
Coming completely back into your space with nothing else in it.
This is your sacred temple.
And so it is.
Please say that with me everyone.
And so it is.
Let's seal that.
We're sealing the deal.
And so it is.
And now I'm going to click my fingers.
When I do and count to three,
You'll find yourself back at the 1-2-3.
Starting with whichever foot feels comfortable to you.
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 You can open your eyes.
Come back into your space.
Come back into your present time.
You can whittle your fingers.
Just feel your physical body.
And so it is.
