Hello my friend,
My name is Kari.
In this meditation we're going to let go of the energy of irritation.
Sit in a comfortable seated position and start by going straight into it.
Let's breathe in nice and deep just through your nose but as you breathe in take a nice big deep breath in and when you breathe out breathe out with quite a force.
It's going to sound a little bit like this take a big deep breath in and then as you breathe out release with some force there's a constriction at the back of the throat as you breathe out so give that a try.
Breathe in nice and deep quite aggressively pull the air in and then breathe out with some force through your nose.
The intention of this breath is to start to bring some clear energy into your body by using your breath.
You're starting to remove the energy the irritation that you can feel across your shoulders and in your chest.
The breath is going to allow a vehicle for you to start to forcefully push out some of this energy through your breath.
This isn't a gentle breathing exercise it's quite an aggressive breathing.
Breathing in nice and deep pulling it in with some force and then breathing out harsh fast deep breathe out through your nose push the breath out.
We're circulating some new energy through the body.
At the same time that you're doing this forceful exhale and deep deep inhale I want you to start to just shake out your arms and your hands so shake them out as if you're shaking out energy shaking off energy shaking it out down through your arms and off your fingertips.
Keep doing the nice strong aggressive breaths.
Irritation is a sticky energy it's quite invasive and it's heavy so we need to do these extra movements and this aggressive breath to match the energy of aggression that might be laying across your shoulders that might be tightening in your throat or across your face that might be tightening around your heart space.
Breathe in with some force as if you're taking back your power.
Breathe in nice and deep shaking out that energy shake off that energy breathe out with some force breathe it out.
If you make a sound like an exhaling sound that's perfect too.
Just breathe it out.
If this also feels good for you try just quite quickly maybe like turn turn turn turn turn speed turn your head from side to side just little movements not all the way to the shoulder not all the way out to the opposite shoulder shaking your head as if you're saying no but quite fast.
You can close your eyes and just feel the energy moving let your head move from side to side along with the movement of your arms you'll find a rhythm that starts to happen naturally in your body just shake it out breathe it out with some aggression keep breathing that energy out of your body breathe it breathe it breathe it imagine that you're breathing it out all the way from your toes you're breathing that aggressively matching the energy inside of your body taking a hold of it taking charge of it taking back your power and the space of your body and what's going on inside of your body and then just as quickly I'd like you to come to a stillness stop breathing with force rest your hands gently down on your lap straighten your spine soften your shoulders come to a more peaceful posture still and quiet take nice long slow calming breaths try and make it so that you can definitely feel that sense of ease like when you sit down at the end of the day and you've been on your feet all day you sit down and you get that ah kind of feeling find that feeling in your shoulders find that feeling in your face nice and soft and relaxed find that stillness and calmness throughout your entire body all is well feeling more like your normal self every time you exhale let your shoulders drop just a little bit more feeling that ah sensation having let go of all the irritation in your body namaste my friend well done
