Lay down on the earth,
On the ground,
On a bed,
Wherever is comfortable.
Make sure that you lay down on your back.
Move your arms away from your body.
Put your palms facing up to receive guidance from above.
Facing down,
Connecting to the energy below.
Let your feet relax open and your legs lay apart slightly.
Close your eyes and go inside.
Mentally pull away from your surroundings.
Feel your body connected to the earth.
Put all of your focus and attention on the back of your body.
Notice your heels on the ground,
The backs of your calves,
The back of your legs,
Your sit bones,
The middle and top of your back.
Notice the connection across your shoulders and the back of your head.
Be aware of the solid structure,
Even if it's on your bed and it's soft.
Be aware of the texture that you're laying on.
Start to focus on your breath.
Take a nice big deep breath in and clear your energy in your body.
Breathe out and release any tension that you might feel across your chest.
On the next exhale,
Let your chest soften and sink.
Let your back get heavy into the earth.
On the inhale,
Feel your chest rise and open to receive your breath.
Focus just on this alone,
On the inhale and the exhale.
The next couple of breaths.
Pull your shoulders down away from your ears.
The backs of your arms and your elbows and your wrists get heavy into the earth.
On your next exhale,
Let your head completely relax.
Let it get heavy.
Trust that it's completely supported.
Breathe out and let go.
Inhale and breathe in life force.
Exhale and let go.
Let your body start to get heavier.
The muscles and the bones start to sink deeper into the earth beneath you.
Just let everything start to melt and soften.
Feel your fingertips and see if you can connect to a tingling sensation inside of your fingers.
A buzzing,
Humming,
Vibrating sensation in your hands.
Let your feet get heavier.
Your ankles,
Calves,
Thighs.
Your whole body is letting go,
Surrendering to relaxation.
Take your breath deeper down into your abdomen.
Visualize traveling and journeying through your body.
Down deep into the base of your stomach.
Down deeper into your hips.
Even deeper down into your root,
The base of your spine.
Put all of your focus and attention into breathing down into your pelvic floor.
Breathe into the space between your vagina and your anus or your penis and your anus.
The very root of your body.
Breathe into that floor and start to put all of your focus and attention on the sensations that you can feel in that part of your being.
Starting to pulse that area.
Contract and release.
Contract,
Release.
Contract,
Release.
The muscles in your pelvic floor.
Squeeze and tighten,
Release.
Squeeze,
Tighten,
Release.
Squeeze,
Tighten,
Release.
Start to find a rhythm,
A pulse that feels good for you.
You're awakening the energy in this part of your body.
This is the place where Kundalini rests.
Down deep in the root chakra.
The pulse stimulates the sensation of sexual arousal,
Which is one of the quickest ways to wake up Kundalini.
This isn't about sex.
This is about stimulation.
Stimulating this part of your body to start to stir the energy awake.
Keep pulsing,
Contracting,
Releasing until you start to feel a tingling sensation.
Very similar to feeling sexually aroused in that part of your body.
Use your imagination now and envision in your mind a flame at the base of your spine.
Like the flame of a candle or a flame in a fire.
Imagine the stimulation,
The tingling,
The pulsing is making the flame grow,
Igniting it,
Engulfing it.
Just allow the stimulation to start to naturally happen.
And with that tingling sensation,
We're going to start to allow it to travel up the spine.

See the color red in your mind as the Kundalini stirs and twists around the root chakra.
Like a coil starting to turn and move very slowly up the spine.
Let that pulse just naturally happen now rather than trying to contract and release,
Contract and release.
Just let there be a very slight pulse inside of the base of your spine.
It's quite a quick pulse.
It feels like a fast heartbeat.
Allow that pulse and the energy and see it in your mind moving up to the middle of your lower abdomen.
See the flame more orange and vibrant.
Feel the pulse on your lower tummy.
There may be no physical movement of your tummy pulsing on the outside,
But there's a definite pulse on the inside,
An energy pulse.
The energy Kundalini starts to rise.
Imagine it's just flushing your sacral chakra.
And as it flushes through and moves through,
It awakens and opens,
Cleanses.
Feel the pulse there.
A few more moments.
And then pull the energy up in your mind.
Suck it up through your body into your third chakra above your belly button.
Let that area pulse once again.
Your upper abdomen may feel like it's contracting and releasing,
Contracting and releasing.
See the color flame turn into yellow.
Bright yellow in the flame.
Imagine the flame is flushing out.
Your solar plexus bursting through the energy center like a rush starting to move up your spine.
If you feel the rush go all the way up to the top of your head,
All it back down.
Bring your breath and attention back to your solar plexus and that energy pulse inside of your body.
Just see the flame cleansing and releasing.
Awaken it.
All the flame up higher into the middle of your chest.
Here,
Kundalini energy may feel like it's pushing your chest open,
Pulling the center of your chest apart as if it's trying to burst through and out of your body.
Allow your heart and your heart center to feel flushed and full like the energy wants to escape and break free.
This part might make your head tilt back slightly,
Your mouth open.
Just let your body do whatever it feels like it naturally needs to do.
You may shiver,
You may contract,
You may be still,
So still.
There's no right or wrong.
Just let your body do what it needs to do.
Let the flame and the energy push and flush and expand and explode in a color of green in the center of your chest.
Breathe.
Breathe and open up.
Let it out.
Let it in.
Let your head move back slightly so your throat's exposed.
Pull up the energy into your throat chakra.
Your throat might tighten,
You may contract,
You may want to swallow,
You may feel a pulsing,
Swelling sensation in your throat.
All of it's fine.
Just breathe.
Allow the energy to flush through your throat chakra.
See the color blue exploding out of your throat,
Releasing,
Expanding.
Take a breath and focus on moving the energy up to the center of your forehead.
Strain your eyes back and up as if you're staring into the middle of your forehead.
Feel the strain and the sensation and the tingle and the vibration.
You may even feel an aching,
Headache sensation.
Let the Kundalini open your third eye.
Let it flush it clean,
Expand it,
Cleanse it so you see more clearly.
Just breathe into that space.
See the color indigo.
Deep,
Bright,
Vibrant,
Wide open space.
You may see orange,
Green,
Purple.
Just let your third eye open.
Finally,
Stare up into the top of your head.
Let the energy tingle and move and pull its way up to the top,
To the crown.
Imagine the Kundalini energy is firing up through the top of your head like fireworks in the sky.
You may feel tingling sensations across the scalp,
An opening sensation at the top of your head.
Headache,
Tension,
It's all normal.
Just release the energy.
Send it out into the universe,
Cosmos,
Mother earth,
Wherever you want it to go.
Put an intention on your Kundalini energy,
Whether it's love,
Peace,
Balance,
Harmony,
Abundance,
Joy.
Send the message.
Allow it to flush the space at the top of your head,
Expanding your spiritual awareness,
A connection to Source.
Allow yourself to feel one with everything at this time.
There's no barrier,
No separation,
No divide.
You know that you're an aspect of everything,
Everything that is.
You are.
I am.
Divine light,
Source,
Love,
For all of it.
Grounding the energy now out of your body,
Grounding you back into your physical.
Imagine the energy is coming back down from the sky like rain,
Raining down onto the top of your head,
Down over your forehead,
Coming down through your throat,
Rolling,
Soothing,
Calming down into your chest,
Your upper abdomen,
Your lower abdomen,
Down into the base,
Your root.
Imagine the rain moving down over your legs,
Down to your feet,
And then running off your toes down into Mother Earth,
Anchoring you back into your body,
Back onto the planet,
Back into your reality.
Lie here for as long as needed.
