Let's go on a meditation journey together.
You can either sit for this meditation or lay down,
Whichever you prefer in your practice.
Get comfortable,
Adjust your body where you need to and we'll get started.
Close your eyes and bring your attention inward.
Become more aware of your body,
The weight of your body,
The presence of all of the different sensations within your body.
Be still so that you can pay attention to everything that's going on on the inside of you.
Let go of your day,
Let go of your surroundings,
Any noises.
Pull all of your focus,
All of your attention onto the rhythm of your breath and the sensations in your body.
Slow your breathing down so it signals to the brain that it's time to relax.
All is well in the world.
You're safe and comfortable.
You can allow yourself to drift away from the outside.
As you lengthen your breath and take longer,
Slower,
Deeper breaths,
Watch how your body responds.
The breath flows through the muscles,
Journeys through your veins,
Bringing a sense of relaxation to all the different parts of your body.
Delivering a feeling of comfort and security because it's slow,
It's peaceful and relaxed.
Imagine your breath is traveling down to your feet,
It's gently kissing each of your toes as if it's delivering a magical potion saying it's okay.
You can relax now to each one of your toes.
Your feet surrender to this breath filled with relaxation.
They get heavy and more comfortable than they were just a few moments ago.
Imagine your breath slowly,
Very gently touching your ankles like a soft,
Warm blanket wrapping around your lower legs and every part of your legs it touches seems to magically relax.
Tune in to the space around your knees.
Let your imagination create the sensation of someone gently touching the lightest of touch on your knees like butterflies landing a very soft,
Relaxing touch.
Again,
That instantly allows your knees to surrender and let go of any tension.
Your thighs get heavy.
Let any tiredness or discomfort or aches just melt away.
Imagine in your mind just seeping down into the earth beneath you,
Melting out of your body.
Your hips relax.
Your lower back releases.
In your mind,
See all of your vertebrae aligned,
Comfortable right down from the base of your coccyx all the way up to the nape of your neck.
Your bones are happy and safe.
Your heart is at peace.
This is your special time.
Your feet in your body,
Your heart,
Your mind.
This beautiful,
Relaxing caress of sorts.
As if your whole body is cocooned in this peaceful,
Loving energy,
Giving you the space to relax much more than you have done for a long,
Long time.
Give yourself permission to completely let go.
To fully surrender into the here and now.
We're not going into the past or the future.
Just present.
You're present in this moment and all that there is in this moment is you feeling safe and comfortable.
Stirring up images now in your mind.
Imagine that you're leaving the space that you're in behind.
There's an aspect of you that's very happily,
Very gently,
Maybe without you even realizing,
Started to separate,
Detach and pull away from your physical being.
As if part of your body is rising up out of you.
An aspect of you is ready to journey.
As you rise and release,
Feeling weightless and timeless.
Feeling as if you're rising above yourself.
Like you could just look around and see yourself laying there or sitting there.
Pulling away even more.
Rising higher,
Even more into this space that you're in.
It's not another room.
It's just this space where when you stare out in front of you,
The space looks completely endless.
All of these opportunities,
All of their potential is right there in this space in front of you.
You may look just like darkness or you may see shapes,
Colors.
There may be figures there,
Shadows or clear images of beings.
Just stare out into that vast,
Wide open space there in the middle of your mind.
Using some magic to create,
Imagine that the space there in front of you is another dimension.
A place where colors are so much brighter and clearer and stronger.
You can feel the energy of the colors if you looked at the sky or the earth or the trees.
Everything is so much more intense and if you look very closely,
It's as if you could almost see it vibrate.
Let your imagination expand even further so that you find yourself in a very tropical setting.
As if you were in the jungle somewhere.
Let yourself be there,
Literally feeling the warmth on your skin.
When you listen,
You can hear all the different animals moving and calling to each other.
The birds,
Trees wrestling.
You can hear water.
There's a waterfall somewhere.
You naturally start to walk towards the water.
You feel this very strong urge to be cleansed,
To be renewed.
You know that this place can do that for you.
As you move,
You can feel the earth underneath your feet,
The textures,
The crunching sounds.
It feels so real.
You can smell this place.
The water starts to sound louder and louder like you're getting closer.
And then you see it through a clearing in the trees.
There's a huge rock like the side of a cliff.
Even the water is bellowing down over the top of the rock,
Forming a pool of water below that's crystal clear.
The sun is shining and reflecting off the water.
As you walk closer to the edge,
You can see all the way down to the bottom.
There's rainbow coloured pebbles.
There's some greenery in there as if there's reefs just moving about at the bottom of the water.
You can't help but dip your toes in to feel temperature.
And as you do,
The strangest thing happens.
You feel a rush,
A tingle enter into your toes.
It doesn't just feel like cold water.
It feels like the water and your toes mix together.
Like the water becomes part of you and you become part of the water.
It feels so good.
Like you're expanding or you're tuning in to this new radio station that you've never heard before.
And the radio station is your jam.
It's all that you love.
It enters into your being and fills your heart like when you hear a song that you just love.
This is the feeling.
But it's in your toes.
Just your toes.
You step more of your body,
Your feet up to your ankles and the feeling is even more intense.
You're becoming part of this water.
This water is you and everything this water touches,
The banking,
The earth,
The pebbles,
The giant,
Giant,
Giant cliff,
The power of the rocks,
The noise,
The sounds,
The smells,
The animals in the water,
Everything in this place,
In this other dimension is starting to enter into your body.
And your vibration is mixing with the vibration of everything here.
You go in and cover your calves.
You cover your knees.
You step in deeper and it goes up to your hips.
The rush of your spine is unbelievable.
Like you're coming alive.
Everything is just woken up 10 million times more than you've ever felt.
Like electricity and magnetism and the power of the earth.
The whole universe is like traveling up through your veins.
All the hairs on your arms are standing up.
It's electrifying.
And then you just instinctively lay back and float and become one.
This is what oneness feels like.
There's no end to you.
There's no end to everything that is around you.
There's no beginning,
No separation,
No barrier.
You can feel all of these feelings like you're letting go of this physical prison that your body normally feels as if it's in.
And in this moment you didn't even realize that you felt like you were in a physical prison until right now.
Where you're just everything and nothing.
All at the same time.
You don't feel fear.
You don't feel pain.
You don't feel an attachment to anything.
You just are.
It just is.
And it feels so good to be this free.
All you feel is joy.
You feel like you're home.
Complete.
Full.
You feel like you're home.
And yet you're empty.
You can just stay here.
You can fall asleep here.
You can vacation here.
Or you can pull yourself out.
Open your eyes and find yourself where you were 30 minutes ago.
It's your choice.
Stay long enough to let this place take away everything that doesn't serve you.
Let it take away everything that holds you back.
Let it remove all of your limitations,
Whether they're physical or mental.
Let this dimensional place be your healing in this moment.
