This meditation is intended to provide relief for those suffering from chronic or persistent pain, I developed this particular visualisation during my own bout of prolonged chronic pain and can attest to it's effectiveness. Through a powerful visualisation technique the participant can alter the way that pain is felt in the body, transforming the experience into something else and alleviating the phenomena of 'secondary suffering' in time this will lessen the suffering caused by the pain and ultimately can speed healing and promote good health. This is not intended to replace any medical treatment or pain management used, but as a complimentary practice to aid healing and provide relief, comfort and support.
