Bring a sense of neutrality to the mind.
Simply be completely neutral about everything that you are experiencing.
Form,
No judgment,
No opinion,
No analysis about anything that you are witnessing.
Just let everything be as it already is.
And you can still observe everything in vivid detail and clarity.
Everything the senses are receiving.
Bodily sensations.
Even the thoughts in your mind.
Simply be the neutral witness of all these things.
As though nothing is good or bad,
Right or wrong.
Instead,
Everything that is already here.
Is simply already here.
And is okay.
Bring this same peaceful sense of neutrality even to your own emotions Allow yourself to feel.
But do not react to the emotions themselves,
Just let them be.
And form no opinion,
No judgement about emotions,
Just experience them raw.
And even all of their situations.
On your mind.
Even the things you are worried or stressed about.
Just for this time.
Allow these thoughts of these situations to be there,
But just be very neutral about them.
Don't try to get rid of them.
Or consider the thoughts themselves to be wrong.
Instead,
Just be open to experience.
And forming no analysis,
No opinion.
You find that even these worried and stressed thoughts can be neutralized.
Just let go.
It is not your responsibility to decide what is right or wrong in the world.
And you do not have to micromanage every thought that comes into the mind.
Simply take this stance.
As a detached,
Impartial observer of all experience.
And find a sense of peace is regained here.
Simply stop trying to change anything,
Just for this time.
We can go back to action and doing after the meditation,
But just for this time,
Don't try to change anything.
Is there anything in experience that can actually simply be allowed to just be here?
And simply rest in this very allowing space.
No more good or bad,
Right or wrong.
Pleasant or unpleasant.
Comfortable or uncomfortable?
Instead just a simple awareness of experience,
Whatever experience contains.
When we let go of analysis in this way.
We find the mind has far less to do.
It can relax.
Very good.
In a moment,
We will be leaving the formal aspect of this meditation.
Although you may feel as though sitting in silence for a while,
Immersed in this total neutrality,
Will continue to be a benefit for you.
Even without spoken pointers.
