Meditation to manifest your dreams.

Sit in a comfortable meditative position,

Either cross-legged on the floor or in a chair.

The spine is straight,

Hands resting on your legs with the palms facing down.

Close the eyes.

Deepen the breath as you bring your awareness to the roots of the spine.

Feel the contact of the root of the spine with the floor or the chair.

And then visualize a grounding cord connecting your roots to the center of the earth.

With every breath,

Let the grounding cord become stronger and stronger.

And then let the grounding cord become as wide as your body.

And visualize or feel the grounding cord like the trunk of a tree.

Or a waterfall.

Or a beam of light connecting you directly to the center of the earth.

And keep the connection to the grounding cord as you mindfully land in your meditation space.

Keep breathing in and out through your nose and let a mantra intuitively come to you.

Something like,

I am powerful.

I am loved.

I am successful.

Keep it short and in the present tense.

Something like I am and then you fill the blank.

Knowing there is no right or wrong with this.

Choose something that feels right for you today.

And then inhale deeply through the nose.

Suspend the breath and mentally repeat the mantra three times.

And then exhale.

And then inhale.

Completely suspend the breath and repeat the mantra three more times.

And then continue with this cadence.

So as you hold the breath at the end of the inhalation and exhalation,

You repeat your mantra three times in your own mind.

And then release the breath.

So continue on your own for about three minutes.

And I will let you know when time is up.

30 seconds left.

And then release the mantra and the breathing pattern.

Return to your natural breath.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale completely.

And then remain with your eyes closed in stillness.

Just for a moment.

Allowing the vibration of the mantra to penetrate the different layers of your being.

Unlocking your creative potential,

Clarity and alignment.

You are powerful.

You are confident.

You are free.

Stay here in stillness as long as you can.

If you have a set amount of time for your practice today,

Then you can start rubbing the palms of the hands.

Hearing the sounds and the sensations of the hands rubbing.

Bringing you back to your body.

So you are completely awake and aware.

And then bring the hands in Anjali Mudra,

In prayer pose,

In front of your heart center.

Seal the practice with a long sat and a short nam.

Take a deep breath in.

And a short nam.

Take a deep breath in.

Sat.
