Welcome to this three-minute mindful meditation to explore the idea of focus.

Take these few minutes to reflect.

Settle into your environment and take a deep breath.

Notice the inhale bring an easy expansion and with the exhale set aside any current worries or thoughts just for these three minutes.

As you breathe,

Gently redirect your attention to the present moment.

Let go of any distractions or scattered thoughts,

Allowing yourself to center your mind on the here and now.

With each breath,

Feel your focus sharpening like a beam of light illuminating your path forward.

Notice how cultivating focus can bring clarity and purpose to your actions.

Take a deep breath and bring your awareness back to your body,

Your environment,

And your day.
