Welcome to this three-minute mindful meditation to explore the idea of stepping back.

Take these few minutes to reflect.

Settle into your environment and take a deep breath.

Notice the inhale bring an easy expansion.

And with the exhale,

Set aside any current worries or thoughts for just these three minutes.

As you breathe,

Gently shift your awareness inward,

Allowing yourself to step back from the busyness of your mind.

And release any need to control or analyze your thoughts,

Simply observing them as they arise and pass.

With each breath,

Create a spaciousness within yourself,

Inviting a sense of peace and perspective.

Notice how stepping back can open up room for clarity and insight into your experiences,

Opportunities,

And ideas.

Take a deep breath,

And bring your awareness back to your body,

Your environment,

And your day.
