Take three minutes to breathe and simply connect with what you cherish. This brief guided meditation will help you create a brief place of calm and an opportunity to reconnect with what you cherish before returning to your day. We don't always have time for a deep full meditation, but sometimes all we need is three minutes. Music created by and used with permission from: The 5th Human

Transcript

Welcome to this three-minute mindful meditation to explore the idea of cherish.

Take a few minutes to reflect.

Settle into your environment and take a deep breath.

Notice the inhale bring an easy expansion,

And with the exhale,

Set aside any current worries or thoughts,

Just for these three minutes.

As you breathe,

Bring to mind something or someone that you cherish deeply in your life.

Allow yourself to fully immerse in the feelings of gratitude and appreciation that arise.

Let go of any distractions or concerns,

Allowing yourself to savor this moment of connection.

With each breath,

Deepen your sense of cherishing,

Recognizing the preciousness of what you hold dear.

Notice how cherishing brings warmth and joy into your heart,

Enriching your experience of life.

Take a deep breath and bring your awareness back to your body,

Your environment,

And your day.

Thank you for joining me in this meditation,

And notice how you interact with cherish through the rest of your day.
