Welcome to this three-minute mindful meditation to explore the idea of thanks.

Take these few minutes to reflect.

Settle into your environment and take a deep breath.

Notice the inhale bring an easy expansion.

And with the exhale,

Set aside any current worries or thoughts just for these three minutes.

As you breathe,

Think about the things in your life that you are thankful for.

Allow a sense of gratitude to fill your heart with each breath you take.

Let go of any negativity or resentment,

Focusing instead on the blessings that surround you.

With each breath,

Deepen your appreciation for the abundance of love,

Beauty,

And opportunity in your life.

Notice how expressing gratitude can shift your perspective and uplift your spirits.

Take a deep breath and bring your awareness back to your body,

Your environment,

And your day.
