Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can be undisturbed.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,

Allowing your body and mind to relax.

Visualize the dark night,

And in the center of your vision,

See the faint sliver of a new moon slowly emerging.

As you gaze upon this gentle crescent,

Feel the energy of new beginnings,

Fresh possibilities,

And unlimited potential filling the air.

With each breath,

Let go of any past disappointments or limiting beliefs that no longer serve you.

Release any fears or doubts that might hold you back from embracing the new opportunities that lie ahead.

Allow the energy of the new moon to wash over you,

Washing away the old and making space for new growth and positive transformations.

Take a moment to set your intentions for this new lunar cycle.

What areas of your life do you want to focus on?

What goals or dreams do you wish to manifest?

Visualize these intentions as seeds being planted in the fertile soil of your mind and heart.

See them taking root,

Growing stronger with each passing day.

As the new moon slowly starts to gain strength,

Visualize your intentions being energized and nourished by its luminous light.

Feel the excitement and anticipation building as you embark on a journey of personal growth and discovery.

Trust in the timing of the universe,

Knowing that everything unfolds in perfect synchronicity.

As you gently come out of this meditation,

Express gratitude for the opportunity to begin anew.

Carry these intentions for goals,
