Take three minutes to breathe and simply be grounded in the moment. This brief guided meditation will help you create a brief place of calm and an opportunity to reconnect with the here and now before returning to your day. We don't always have time for a deep full meditation, but sometimes all we need is three minutes. Music created by and used with permission from: The 5th Human

Transcript

Welcome to this three-minute mindful meditation to explore the idea of being grounded.

Take these few minutes to reflect.

Settle into your environment and take a deep breath.

Notice the inhale bring an easy expansion,

And with the exhale,

Set aside any current worries or thoughts just for these three minutes.

As you breathe,

Imagine roots extending from the soles of your feet,

Anchoring you firmly to the earth below.

Feel the stability and support of the ground beneath you,

Providing a sense of security and strength.

Let go of any tension or restlessness,

Allowing yourself to fully surrender to the present moment.

With each breath,

Deepen your connection to the earth,

Drawing upon its energy to nourish and rejuvenate your being.

Notice how grounding yourself can bring a sense of calm and balance to your mind and body.

Take a deep breath and bring your awareness back to your body,

Your environment,

And your day.

Thank you for joining me in this meditation,

And notice how you interact with being grounded through the rest of your day.
