Close your eyes and take a deep breath as you find a comfortable position.

Visualize the night sky with a radiant full moon shining brightly.

Feel its gentle glow illuminating your entire body,

Bringing a sense of calm and tranquility.

As you connect with the moon's energy,

Imagine any negative emotions or thoughts being washed away,

Leaving you feeling lighter and more at peace.

Take this opportunity to set your intentions for this full moon cycle.

What do you want to release?

What areas of your life do you want to bring into balance or manifest?

Visualize these intentions as beams of light reaching up to the moon,

Infusing them with your deepest desires.

Feel the moon's nurturing energy amplifying your intentions,

Filling them with power and possibility.

As you bask in the moon's light,

Allow yourself to let go of anything that no longer serves you.

Release any doubts,

Fears,

Or past experiences that hinder your growth.

Surrender them to the moon,

Trusting that they will be transformed into positive energy.

Allow the full moon's energy to cleanse and purify your mind,

Body,

And spirit,

Leaving you feeling renewed and rejuvenated.

Stay in this state for as long as you need,

Absorbing the moon's nurturing energy.

When you are ready,

Bring your awareness back to your body.

Take a few deep breaths,

Feeling grounded and connected to the present moment.

Express gratitude to the moon for its guidance and support during this meditation.

Carry the intentions you set with you as you move throughout the coming days and weeks.

Take inspired action towards your goals,

Knowing that the moon's energy is still with you,

Guiding and supporting you.
