Welcome to this 3-minute mindful meditation to explore the idea of harvest.

Take these few minutes to reflect.

Settle into your environment and take a deep breath.

Notice the inhale bring an easy expansion,

And with the exhale,

Set aside any current worries or thoughts,

Just for these three minutes.

As you breathe,

Visualize yourself in a field,

Surrounded by the fruits of your labor.

Allow yourself to bask in the satisfaction of your achievements,

No matter how big or small.

Let go of any doubts or insecurities,

Embracing the abundance that surrounds you.

With each breath,

Celebrate the harvest of your efforts,

Acknowledging the growth and progress you have made.

Notice how honoring your achievements can inspire confidence and motivation for the journey ahead.

Take a deep breath,

And bring your awareness back to your body,

Your environment,

And your day.
