
Fear Releasing Guided Meditation

This guided meditation is designed to acknowledge, identify, and transmute fear (Especially fear of Corona Virus) Entirely. Through visualization, understanding, and NLP, this meditation powerfully expells fear and invokes love, appreciation, and protection.
Transcript
Hello dear brothers and sisters and welcome to this guided meditation.
Let's begin by taking a nice deep breath in through the nose,
Filling up the belly,
Chest and all the way to the top of the head,
Holding it at the top.
Hold it.
And let it go through the mouth with a good sigh.
Let's do two more of those.
Deep breath in.
One more.
Perfect.
Throughout the remainder of this meditation we will breathe in through the nose and out through the nose,
Nice and deep into the belly,
Activating the parasympathetic nervous system,
Allowing our body to rest and relax more deeply.
In today's meditation we will be addressing fear,
Particularly the fear of coronavirus.
Now,
As you breathe through the nose,
Deep into the belly,
With each breath,
Each exhale,
You will relax a little bit more deeply,
Relaxing the muscles in the neck and forehead and jaw,
The tongue pressed to the roof of the mouth,
Relaxing the belly,
Breathing deep into the belly.
And as you breathe,
Simply hear my words,
Let them influence and move you,
With each breath relaxing more deeply,
And all you hear is my voice.
Dear family,
I must say to you that fear,
Although it may seem very real,
Is simply an illusion,
It is simply a shadow from our past and an influence of our environment.
We must first identify fear and what it really is in order to understand it,
To give it gratitude,
And to release it.
I want you to imagine a time from your past in which you or a family member became ill.
During this time,
You may have not felt any fear until you experienced the fear of your family.
You could have been sick and simply have gone through the motions of being sick until your mother,
Father,
Or another family member or friend cast their own fear upon you.
Now this isn't their fault,
And you becoming fearful because of this is not your fault.
Now we can see fear as simply a shadow from both our past emotional response and it is a shadow that is cast upon us by the influence of our environment.
So now that we see fear is simply something that has been cast upon us by our environment,
Whether from our past or our present,
We can now begin to break it down.
We can now begin to see that it does not live within us,
But it lives around us,
And although it may try to influence us and pierce our force field of light,
It cannot when we understand it for what it is.
So now,
Dear family,
I invite you,
If you are having fear of the coronavirus,
I invite you to understand that it is not your fear you are feeling.
It is not the fear that you or a family member may become sick.
It is the fear that is being portrayed by the media.
It is the fear that may be in the body from our past emotional experiences with this emotion of fear.
So the first step is identification.
Now that we have identified fear as something that's not within us,
But something outside of us,
Whether from our past or from our environment,
I'd like you to bring fear as an image in your mind.
I invite you to allow fear to be seen as something not so scary.
It can be a tree,
It can be an inanimate object,
It can be a purple cloud of smoke,
And just let it be in front of you in your mind's eye.
As you see this fear,
This representation of what fear is,
In front of you,
Now you can see and feel experientially that is not within,
But outside of your being.
I now invite you to observe this fear and to see that it's not so scary after all,
But it is just a shadow.
It is just an experience that lives outside of us,
Not within us.
And now that you have this visual perception of fear in front of you,
Separate from you,
I invite you to now think it,
Because simply fear and the illusion of fear is there to help keep us safe,
To help protect us from things that are actually dangerous.
So it is time now to identify this fear as an illusion,
To allow it to release its grips by giving it gratitude for teaching us lessons and trying to protect us from danger.
The way that we can do this is by giving it gratitude.
So I invite you to bring into your heart and into your mind a moment that you cherish,
A moment and a memory that makes you smile,
That brings you joy,
That makes you happy and feel peace within.
Once you have this moment in your mind and your heart,
Let it bring a smile to your face.
Feel it fully and begin to feel your heart filled with love,
Appreciation and reverence.
Once your heart is filled with this love and this feeling of satisfaction and peace,
I invite you to with the energy of love,
Address this cloud of fear,
To address whatever illustration the fear represents in front of you,
To give it a bow of reverence and appreciation as it was only trying to keep you safe and protected.
Let the fear know that it no longer has to try to keep you safe or protected.
Let the fear know that you are in command and that you are not afraid.
That although the environment around you may try to invoke fear,
And although a past experience may want to keep you fearful,
You are not afraid because you are protected,
You are nurtured,
You are guided,
You are held in every way by both spirit and tribe.
With this feeling of gratitude radiating from your heart with each breath,
Allow the fear and the illustration of the fear in front of you to dim and grow smaller and smaller and farther away and farther away as you give it love and appreciation and gratitude,
Letting it know it's okay to leave,
It's okay to release.
With this feeling of love and gratitude in your heart radiating,
The fear grows smaller and smaller and smaller.
And as I count down from 10,
You will witness the fear both in front of you outside of your body and any slight bit of fear still within you begin to grow dimmer,
Smaller and farther away like a distant memory.

The fear is growing smaller and smaller,

You can hardly even see the fear or feel it anymore,

You can barely see the illustration of fear and you can no longer feel it in your body.

1,
The fear is completely gone.
No longer can you see or feel fear at all.
You only feel the love,
The gratitude and the appreciation of that very special moment with those very special beings that you hold so dearly in your heart.
Now I invite you with each and every breath to breathe a golden force field of light around you.
This golden force field of light is pure love,
It is pure spirit,
It is pure truth.
It is your truth my friend.
Fear is only illusion.
Love is our only reality,
Our truest reality in its purest form.
This golden force field of light strengthens with each and every breath becoming more powerful,
More bright,
More glowing,
More loving,
More protecting.
Nothing can pierce this force field of light.
Nothing can come into this force field of light that is not of a very high vibration.
Anything that is of a low vibration can leave immediately from within this force field of light.
It is immediately cast out because the vibration of this light is so high that no density can even come near it.
No low vibrational energy,
No density can come near this force field of light.
You are completely protected by your own intention,
By your own love,
By your own spirit.
As you go forward today,
This force field of light will shine brightly as a beacon of light for everyone around you who may be experiencing fear to instantly feel it transmuted into love.
You will be a beacon of love,
Compassion,
Positivity,
And optimism of life and of the future.
This is your birthright,
My dear friend.
This is your truth.
I invite you to experience this force field of light fully as you continue to breathe during this guided meditation.
I invite you to feel the love and gratitude and appreciation from this beautiful memory,
This beautiful experience that you hold so dearly in your heart.
And I invite you to if and when fear comes back into your mind,
That you see it right in front of you,
And again,
You know that it is an illusion.
And again,
You give it love and appreciation for trying to keep you safe.
And then with each breath,
You watch it fade away in the distance as you reinvoke this beautiful force field of light and love.
Know that you are not alone,
That you are guided,
Protected,
And nurtured by spirit and by tribe.
