So just relax and get comfortable and then when you're ready close your eyes and take a deep breath in and breathe out take another deep breath in and breathe out just allow yourself to focus on your breath breathing in and exhaling out breathing in and breathing out as you focus on your breath I want you to release any pent-up tension,
Anxiety,
Anything that's taking you away from relaxing.
Right now we just want to release everything,
We just want to let go let go of all the tension,
All the stress,
The whole day,
The week,
Even the month,
If there's anything that's been niggling at you just exhale it out,
Just let it go.
Maybe there may be some uncertainties,
Some doubts,
Some frustrations,
Just exhale it out,
Just let it leave your body,
Mind and spirit.
Breathing in peace and calm and breathing out any tension and anxiety.
Breathing in peace and calm and releasing all tension and anxiety.
Breathing in and breathing out just releasing and letting go of everything.
Anything you have to do after this meditation put it to one side.
This time is your time,
Your time for releasing,
Your time for calm,
Your time for peace and for inward clarity and direction.
Breathing in and breathing out breathing in and breathing out.
Just observe your breath,
Observe your breath as it comes in and out.
Just becoming one with the breath,
Witnessing the breath and letting go of any emotions that come up.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just connect to your breath,
Allow your body to relax,
Relax in your scalp,
Your eyes,
Your cheekbones,
Your jawline,
Relax in your neck and shoulders.
With each breath that you take just relax your body,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your fingers,
Relax your chest,
Your abdominals,
Your pelvic area,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
Your feet,
The soles of your feet and your toes.
Just feel your whole body let go of any tension.
Just breathe in relaxation and calm and breathe out any tension within the body,
Mind and spirit.
As you focus on your breath,
Allowing your body to relax,
I'm going to count from five to one and allow yourself to relax even deeper.
Five Four Three Breathing in and out.
Two One Allow yourself to totally relax.
No expectations,
No responsibilities.
Just relax.
And as I go quiet and give you your moment of silence,
I want you to connect within and connect to the silence within,
Allowing the breath to guide you and to move away any thoughts that may distract you.
In this silence,
I want you to totally surrender all expectations,
All doubts,
Anything that sidetracks you from just letting go.
Allow yourself to enjoy the silence.
There is so much that we can gain from the silence.
And just focus on releasing,

I didn't realize that wasn't how peace must be.
