There's so much going on in the world right now and sometimes it's just nice to take that time out to cleanse your mind,
Cleanse your body and cleanse your spirit of everything and just connect to your soul.
Connect to the peace within.
Breathing in calm and peace and breathing out all the noise,
All the unsettling emotions that you may have carried over the last couple of weeks.
Breathing in calm and peace and releasing any anxieties,
Any stresses.
Breathing in calm and peace and breathing out everything that no longer serves you.
Right now we're focusing on cleansing your body,
Mind and spirit.
So allow the breath to guide you,
Allow the breath to cleanse you from within,
To remove any toxins from the body,
To help you to release and heal.
Healing old wounds,
Healing emotions,
Healing doubts,
Healing illnesses,
Healing everything that you want to rid yourself of right now.
Just as you exhale,
Feel the body release.
Breathing in a cleansing breath and breathing out any impurities,
Everything that doesn't serve you.
Breathing in the cleansing breath and releasing on the exhale all doubts,
All toxins from the body,
Mind and spirit.
The aim of this meditation is to cleanse you from within,
To begin to remove all the blocks,
All the heaviness,
To feel that connection of peace from within.
Now feel yourself relaxing deeper as you continue focusing on your breath.
Taking your focus now to the soles of your feet and feel them relaxing with each breath,
Your ankles,
Your calf muscles,
Your knee joints and your thighs.
Just allow your legs to feel heavy as you release and let go of all the tension from your body.
Focus on your pelvic area,
Your abdominals,
Up to your chest and feel it all relax.
Letting go of any resistance.
Focus on your arms relaxing,
Your elbows down to your wrists.
Your hands and fingers.
Just feel the release of any tension in this part of the body.
Feel the release as you focus on your shoulders and your neck,
Up to your jaw line,
Your cheek bones.
Feel your eyes getting heavy and up to your scalp,
Releasing any negative thoughts,
Any responsibilities,
Anything that distracts you.
Just release it on the exhale,
Letting it go.
Just feel your whole body completely relax as I count from five to one.

You're breathing in and exhaling slowly.

Releasing and letting go.

Allowing yourself to get deeper into your meditation.

Feel yourself totally relaxed,
Body,
Mind and spirit.
Connecting to that place of calmness.

Releasing any sensations in the body.
Just flowing inwards to the calm and the peace and allowing yourself to completely surrender to relaxation.
Now just observe your breath.
Observe your breath at its normal pace,
In and out,
Slowly but calmly at your own pace.
Become in one with your breath.
Feel that energy of relaxation.
Allow yourself to feel it and surrender to it.
Surrender in your mind.
Surrender in your body.
Surrender in your spirit.
Detaching yourself from all the expectations and just letting go and relax.

Not the you you you you you you you you allow yourself to be one with your breath giving yourself permission to relax allowing yourself to connect to the silence within as you relax and breathe you are continuing to cleanse your body mind and spirit surrender yourself to the cleansing surrender yourself to the peace surrender yourself to the calmness and the stillness within this is your safe space your space of power your space of strength as well as your space of calm give yourself the gift of completely letting go completely surrendering of expectations and responsibilities open yourself to yourself you feel the calm and feel the peace connect to the calmness connect to the peace and just relax open your mind to relaxation open your body to complete relaxation and allow yourself to benefit from giving yourself the gift of cleansing and relaxing you you surrender to calm surrender to peace feel the energy of calmness throughout your entire being surrender to the energy of peace and feel it throughout your entire being this is a safe space to surrender so just let everything go and relax let everything go and relax let everything go and relax you you you and now within your heart imagine this light this light shining bright the light of calm the light of peace and imagine this light expanding expanding out from your heart into the area around you and beyond out to the street you live in out to the area you live in and beyond just imagine this light expanding beyond your area beyond your country just out you can't see no end to it but it's expanded from your heart the light of calm and peace just feel that expansion of calmness and peace just from within imagine this light expanding to everyone around the globe those in need of calm and peace sharing your light sharing that calm sharing that peace from within out to everyone who you know and who you don't know and feel the love as you share the calm and peace from within feel that energy of love even through relaxation just by sending this energy out and seeing it expand out to the world you were doing your bit for everyone around you and beyond now imagine that light coming back to you coming back towards your heart and feeling that love of giving and sharing and that calm and peace within now take a deep breath and breathe into this area and out really connecting to the calmness and peace within the cleansing the relaxation just feeling that energy of letting go of everything that doesn't serve you and really allowing yourself the gift of relaxation connecting to calm and connecting to peace as well as love for yourself and for others as I count from one to five one come aware of your breathing breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth two becoming aware of your surroundings three the surface that you're lying or sitting on four slowly wiggling your fingers and toes five take a deep breath in and out and when you're ready you can slowly open your eyes
