This healing meditation helps you let go of any fear and anxiety in your life. A great meditation for every day when you are dealing with a lot of stress, fear, anxiety and uncertainty. This breathing meditation will guide you and ground you. Can be done in the morning or before sleeping.

Hello beautiful souls,

This is Risha,

Your meditation guide for today.

Today's meditation will help you release any fear,

Any worry,

Any anxiety that you might be facing in your life.

For this meditation,

Sit down and slowly start to bring your attention to your breath.

Take a deep inhale and exhale everything.

Another deep inhale,

Exhale everything.

One more deep inhale and exhale.

With the next breath,

Slowly close your eyes.

With your eyes closed,

Bring your attention back to your breath.

Bring your breath back to normal breathing,

Not changing anything about it,

Just noticing.

Is your breath shallow?

Is it deep?

Is it long?

Is it short?

Just notice.

Don't do anything about it.

Stay with your breath for the next few seconds.

We worry because we are scared of the future.

We are scared what might happen.

We fear the unknown.

The best way to conquer this fear is to ground yourself in the present.

Make the best of your present moment.

Make this very moment the most beautiful moment that it can be.

And know that in this very moment,

No worry,

No fear,

No anxiety exists.

Only exist is happiness and positive energy.

And you are eternally guided by the universe.

With these thoughts,

I want you to set an intention for the rest of the meditation.

Take a few seconds to repeat this intention.

As you inhale and slowly let out any fear holding this intention back with the next exhale.

Inhale your intention.

Exhale any fear you have holding you back.

Inhale your intention.

Exhale any fear that is holding you from reaching this intention.

Now I want you to slowly start scanning your body.

We will start from your feet.

From the toes,

Slowly towards your feet,

Towards your legs.

We are moving up your knees,

Your thighs.

As you go through each body part,

Release any stress that might be sitting within that body part.

Just release.

Move your attention up to your torso,

To your navel,

To your chest area,

To your back.

Release.

Feel the lightness in your body.

Slowly move your attention to your arms,

To your elbows,

To your hands,

To your wrist,

To your fingers,

To your palms.

With the next inhale,

Imagine a light that is lighting up your body.

With the next exhale,

Release any blockage in these body parts.

Inhale the bright light throughout your body and exhale any blockage.

This bright white light is taking over your body and any darkness,

Any heaviness,

Any blockage is slowly getting released.

Now move your attention to your neck.

You can visualize your body until your neck in a bright white light.

Slowly melting away any heaviness in your body.

Bring your attention to your neck,

To your face,

To your lips,

To your cheeks,

To your eyebrows,

Your forehead,

The crown of your head,

The back of your head,

Your ears.

And slowly you can feel this white bright light taking over your whole body and you feel so light.

You let go of any heaviness.

Stay with this feeling for the next few breaths.

With this new lightness,

Bring back your attention to your intention and repeat that intention for the next few seconds as you focus on your breath.

Slowly as you bring back your attention to your body,

To the sounds around you,

To your environment.

Slowly open your eyes knowing that this lightness is always available to you and every time you inhale,

Remember your intention.
