The flower and the seed.
The idea and the result.
We have to first find balance ourselves internally,
To have a balanced external world.
So tonight we find a balance of our own,
As you gently close your eyes,
And take a deep breath in through the nose.
Exhaling through the mouth as you feel your mind begin to settle.
Connecting to the breath.
Recognizing how balanced the act of breathing really is.
The air flows in.
The air flows out.
A consistent fill of energy each time you breathe in.
A little more space created inside each time you breathe out,
Allowing the breath to easily settle into a gentle natural rhythm of its own.
Harmonious and balanced.
Libra works to clear the cloudiness and delusion you have been experiencing.
Actions are driven by dreams and goals you have in mind for your life.
Each one gently tugging at your heartstrings.
The thing is,
When you spend time living in the future like this,
In an imaginary world of could-be's,
Always planning and quickly moving from one thing to the next,
What is it in reality that you actually achieve?
What progress does bouncing from idea to idea make in your actual life?
Sometimes multitasking can make things move faster.
But in this next season,
That won't be the case.
Take a deep breath in and a balancing breath out.
Tonight's lesson is very simple.
Rather than trying to do it all,
What if you picked one thing and you did it well?
The one thing that you love the most.
The thing you couldn't get out of your mind even if you tried.
The thing you can't live without.
Do you know what that one thing is?

Focus will create actual progress.
Consistency will create a solid foundation.
Focus on one thing.
And consistently do it well.
