So tonight we begin here,
By closing down the eyes,
And taking a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose.
And exhale,
As you feel the way your body starts to relax a little bit more.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Your heartbeat slows on every inhale.
Feeling the way your body begins to center with every exhale.
Feeling the way your chest rises.
Noticing the way that it falls.
Letting your breath find a gentle natural rhythm of its own.
As we turn our focus to tonight's Virgo full moon,
And how it represents the full expression of your intuitive and spiritual journey this past year.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you do so,
Take yourself back in time to last March.
Remembering where you were physically,
And also reflecting on how you felt mentally.
These final few days can be a time of reflection.
But they can also be an opportunity to re-strategize and make any alternative plans for the future.
During the act of closing out,
You will always be required to address everything that no longer has a place here.
Spring brings a fresh start,
And shines a new light on everything you see.
I encourage you to look for that horizon line.
To use this time.
Everything that you agree to leave behind tonight will create space for your future,
And for something new.
Imagining as if you are standing in a doorway,
Watching the door in front of you slowly close.
Behind it lies every moment,
Lesson and experience,
From March to March over this past zodiac year.
So we take a few purposeful moments here,
To consider,
Is there anything left that you should be tossing inside?
What are you still carrying around from this last year,
That you could leave behind tonight,
Before the door of the year closes?
The full moon in Virgo brings with it spring gleaming,
Encouraging us all to take those final few sweeps,
Over this past year,
Just before you turn out the light.
Just before you leave the room,
And close the door behind you.
Beginning to welcome your mind back into your body.
Taking a deep breath in here,
And exhale,
Noticing the way you feel both comforted and supported by the energy that surrounds you.
And when you feel ready,
Open your eyes and return to the space around you.
