Good morning sleepyhead,

Welcome to this guided morning meditation.

My name is Coach Casey.

During this meditation we are going to set our intentions for the day.

When we set our intentions we can align our thoughts and our actions with our goals,

Leading to a more focused and fulfilling day.

Let's start by getting yourself comfortable without interruptions,

Whether it's in a seated position,

Cross-legged or laying down.

Wherever you are,

Make sure you're nice and comfy.

As you settle into your comfortable space,

Gently place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.

Start by taking a long slow inhale through your nose,

And as you exhale with a closed mouth,

Allow that air to slowly release through your nose.

And as you take your next inhale,

If you're comfortable,

Allow your eyes to gently close.

And once again,

Allow that air to slowly release through your nose.

One last time,

Taking a long slow inhale through your nose,

And allow that air to slowly release through your nose.

Now simply observe your breath,

Feel the natural rhythm of your inhales and your exhales,

Don't try to control it,

Take a moment and just allow it to flow freely.

Notice the rise and fall of your chest and your belly with each breath.

Let's start with an attitude of gratitude.

When we practice gratitude daily it brings our awareness of what has already been,

The people,

The things,

And the experiences that have already happened.

What three reasons do you have today to be grateful?

Here are three areas for you to consider,

Who,

Where,

And what are you truly grateful for today?

And what are you truly grateful for today?

Beautiful.

Now let's take a moment to consider your intentions for today,

Your intentions for the day ahead.

Setting a clear intention helps us to cultivate a positive mindset,

Guiding you to live a life you love to live.

So as you allow yourself to consider your intention for the day ahead,

Start your intention with today I and you continue the rest.

Today I.

Today I.

Allow yourself to visualize this intention clearly.

Silently repeat this intention to yourself.

Today I.

Today I.

Today I.

Feel the energy and the motivation building within you as you connect with your purpose.

Today I.

Today I.

Today I.

Take a few more deep breaths,

Feeling the power within you.

And when you're ready,

Gently wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes.

Allow yourself to bring your intention back with you to this present moment.

Remember,

You have the power to manifest your intentions.

Now,

Go live the life you love.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Thank you for joining me this morning.

Have an amazing day.
