You can sit and have your arms by your side on your lap and have your arms by your side on your lap.

If you are busy driving at work,

Keep your eyes open if you want and allow your inner gaze to turn in.

So instead of looking outside to all the things that are happening to all the people and all the things to do,

Then I invite you to remember that actually you are a soul in this body.

So your body is the space in which you get to bring your awareness,

In which you get to gather yourself right now.

So be in this body.

Wow,

There's a head,

There's neck,

There's arms,

There's core,

There's legs,

There's even a little pinky toe.

Arrive at the breath with the awareness of your physical body and leave any judgment about the physical body that you might have outside because your body is sacred and the soul that is and gets to travel through this body,

Wow,

What a chance.

So arrive at the breath and let yourself be breathed in and out and allow each exhale to ground you into this moment and allow each inhale to create more space inside your body.

And as you feel the breath move in and out,

You actually notice the direct relaxation capacity for your body.

You notice how your body is directly impacted by you breathing and consciously being here and now.

So be breathed and relax your face and breathe slower,

Slower than you think you can.

Longer inhales,

Longer exhales and feel the seat,

The support under,

Under you.

Feel that.

And to be in this openness and this gratitude and this tuning in to receive,

We get to access the heart.

So if there are any thoughts that are overwhelming you,

Any thoughts that are just like splatter paint everywhere around your brain,

I just want you to go ahead and paint the walls right now.

Imagine that you're inside your head and you have a bunch of colors on paint brushes and all the thoughts that you have,

You splat the colors everywhere.

Maybe you write something as you do.

Maybe an image shows up.

Go at it.

We're being with the thoughts and then put the brush down and notice,

Wow,

That's a lot of activity in the mind.

Wow.

Thank you,

Head.

Thank you,

Brain.

Thank you,

Mind for all these colorful thoughts.

Even if some thoughts are darker than others,

It's okay.

Even if some are more bright and colorful than others,

It's okay.

And now as you,

That's a canvas,

It gets to be there.

What you can do is either pack the canvas,

Put it in a box.

You can hang it in an art gallery,

Sit and look,

Feel relieved.

It's out of your system.

I want you to please imagine that you're turning a light off in that room and that art gallery and that attic of the mind and gently lower your awareness down through the throat and arrive at the heart.

This is where we get to play with the visions of how we get there.

It can be a slide.

It can be a ladder.

It can be waterfalls.

When you arrive in the heart,

It's like clouds,

A hammock.

You are being held.

You are being held in this energy of the heart.

You are being stretched to open yourself,

To access your inner wisdom,

To access your inner guidance,

To let yourself receive without guilt.

Feel the emanation of this support all the way down the arms to the fingertips.

As your arms are the extension of your heart,

Slowly bring the palms to face a part of your body that needs the most openness,

That needs the most love,

And that needs the most calm presence.

If it's lower belly,

Bring the palms of the hands over the lower belly to infuse that loving energy into the body,

Wherever it is,

Lower back,

Maybe it's over the head,

Maybe it's over the shoulders.

Imagine that the light of the heart goes straight there.

Very slowly relax that and move the hands to somewhere else in the body.

If that feels good to you,

You can also spread your arms like wings and lift the arms up above the head in an oval shape with the palms facing your head as if you were holding around the head above the shoulders and on top of the head as if you were holding like a ballerina,

As if you were holding energy,

Holding the space for the connection from the divine down through this eggshell of energy,

Through the crown of the head,

Through the body,

Down through the soles of the feet,

Almost as if the palms of your hands shower energy down,

Relax the shoulders.

This is you holding energy and notice how you feel it,

Perhaps by a tinkling sensation,

Perhaps just by a knowing,

Relax the arms by your side and notice how you are still holding energy.

It's there,

Energy of the divine flows through you,

The energy at the heart is only evermore.

Breathe in,

Breathe out and from this place ask yourself,

Am I willing to be in alignment with the light of my heart?

Am I willing to be in alignment with the light of my heart?

Am I willing to make decisions from this place?

Am I willing to receive from this place?

Am I willing to give from this place?

Energy gets replenished,

You get to choose when you plug yourself in.

Right now you get to choose to hold energy and move through your day this way.

Breathe in again and out,

Bring the hands to the heart,

Palms facing the chest,

Feeling the heart beating,

Feel a smile there and a smile on your face and I invite you to stay here as long as you need.

Take another deep breath in and out.

May this place be the place in which you hear answers.

May the heart be the portal to receiving without guilt.

May the beating of the heart remind you that you are worthy to receive and that you get to be open consistently,

Always,

Easily.
