You can be compassionate, without taking on others’ fears and negativity. Call back all of your energy pieces back Home to you. Detach from the low-vibe energy of the clients you've seen today or the people you've been around who tend to suck the life out of you. Nothing can take away your wholeness. And when you're ready,

Just give yourself the biggest exhale.

We're going to sigh out two more times,

Letting yourself let go with the breath and let yourself be here now.

Feel the seat under your legs.

Feel the feet in the ground.

And remember the last time you were seated in another place,

Perhaps in your office.

And let yourself remember that where you were seated last is where that tightness and the heaviness in the shoulders actually started.

Now see if you can do a little exercise here of now transporting yourself back here at home and consciously letting go a little bit more of that tightness and the weight because you're in a new place.

Notice your heartbeat.

Notice your breath.

Allow your frowning to dismiss.

Allow your jaw to relax.

And start to breathe consciously,

Intentionally,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breaths.

Begin to visualize now that the more you bring oxygen in,

The more spaciousness you create between you and your clients,

Between the fears and the stories and the low vibration that they might have been in.

Every breath you take in starts to make your magnet,

Your high vibe,

Loving,

Joyful magnet,

It takes up space inside your body.

Breathing in,

Making space between external fears and stories and expanding your inner magnet.

That's at another frequency.

That magnet is the frequency of joy,

Of love,

Of peace,

Of calmness,

Of presence.

Now imagine that any particles or pieces of other people's lives,

If they are hanging out in your energy,

If they're hanging out in your body,

If the empath that you are saw that as a compassionate action to take them on,

Notice that.

And internally,

Let yourself be reminded that you get to be compassionate without taking it on.

Now your inner joy and calmness and peace magnet is becoming more and more activated.

Breathe in there.

It's lit up,

It's shiny,

It's helping you feel like you belong,

Like you're exactly where you're meant to be.

When it feels like whatever you've taken on consciously or unconsciously has been lifted up and away from you,

Imagine that they are going back where they belong.

Not that we wish other people to hold on to their fears,

They're just not yours.

You could also choose to see those go back into the earth for rejuvenation and composting as well.

When it feels like that is complete,

Take a deep breath in and out.

Beautiful.

Now that your magnet is more and more activated for the frequency of who you really are,

Love,

Peace,

Feel that in your body.

Feel the contentment and the presence and wholeness of who you are.

The more you feel it,

The more the magnet intensifies and allows you to call back home to you,

Any particles of your energy that have been lost on your way here.

Magnet,

You are activated.

I call back all pieces and parts of me back home.

Let yourself feel that wholeness.

Be with it.

This is you being compassionate.

Allow this wholeness to tingle and reverberate all the way through the tips of your fingers,

The edges of your body,

The tip of the toes and the crown of the head.

For the next three breaths,

We're going to inhale to allow for us to visualize that this wholeness streams through the pores of our body.

So when you breathe in,

Expand that energy beyond your physical body.

And when you breathe out,

It's like you're gathering it back to the magnet,

Back to the center of who you are.

Breathing in to expand,

Open yourself.

Go and grab that love all the way to the fingertips and exhale to bring it back in to the center of who you are.

One more.

Now feel the heart beating here.

Internally let your intuition guide you to one intention or one reminder that you're attuned to right now.

Take a deep breath in through the nose to sigh out through the mouth.

When you're ready,

You can bring both hands together and rub them and then place the hands over the eyes to cover the face.

When you're ready,

You can flutter the eyelids open behind the hands,

Relaxing the shoulders and letting yourself come back into the light around you.
