Sit up straight,

Eyes closed,

And get ready to refresh your mind and raise your energy.

Take a breath in through the nose,

Pulling oxygen into the brain.

Hold it,

And as you exhale through the mouth,

Allow yourself to relax.

Again,

A breath all the way in,

And hold it.

Feel this new fresh energy in your mind,

And as you exhale,

Relax.

One more time,

Inhale through the nose,

And hold it.

Exhale,

Let it go,

Relax,

Relax,

Relax.

As you continue to breathe,

Notice how your body is feeling today.

Is your mind running a little fast or slow?

Does your body feel cold or warm?

Do you feel tight or soft?

No judgement.

Just relax and bring the mind deep into the sensations of the body as you continue to focus upon your breath.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Imagine a field of energy around the body.

Visualise what this energy field looks like,

Perhaps it has a colour or a sensation in space.

Feel how wide the field extends,

2 metres,

3 metres,

4 metres out in all directions,

Behind you,

Below you,

Above you,

All around you.

Feel the energy in the body merging with that of this energy field,

Diffusing out,

Wide and expansive into the field,

So that you and the field are one.

The energy of your body beginning to increase.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

This field is full of potential,

Of optimism,

Of possibility.

With this new week,

Think of something you want,

Something you would like to create in your life.

It could be a new relationship,

A new job,

A new car,

A new house.

It could be a new state of mind.

Perhaps you'd like to feel happier,

To feel more whole or complete,

To feel healthier,

To be more patient or kinder with others or with yourself.

Maybe to repair or renew old friendships or relationships.

What feels like the most important thing to you today?

What would your future self be proud of?

Stay focused.

Hold this vision in mind and bring your attention to the heart.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Now think again of what you want and visualize it as if it has already happened.

How would you think?

How would you act?

How would you feel knowing this has already happened?

How would you show up in your life today,

This week,

This year?

Feel deep gratitude for this focus,
