Feel the energy in the body merging with that of this energy field,
Diffusing out,
Wide and expansive into the field,
So that you and the field are one.
The energy of your body beginning to increase.

This field is full of potential,
Of optimism,
Of possibility.
With this new week,
Think of something you want,
Something you would like to create in your life.
It could be a new relationship,
