Find yourself in a comfortable position either sitting or lying down whatever position feels appropriate for you today.
Eyes gently close and let all the awareness tune directly into your breath.
Come to your natural exhale and then a full breath in feeling the whole of the lungs inflate and exhale let it go.
Repeat a full breath of fresh oxygen in and let it go.
One final time inspiring energy power strength and exhale let it all go.
Relax relax relax continue to breathe in the most comfortable way follow the air all the way in and follow the air all the way out.
Allow yourself to sink a little deeper into relaxation feeling grounded in this space empowered in this space safe in this space.
Imagine a timeline out in front of you briefly aware of its past behind you the past that brought you to this point in time but now also looking forward into the timeline of your future.
As you look forward become aware of something you deeply desire in your life something you want to achieve for you and only you in your future.
It could be the wish of perfect health loving relationships with one person with family friends or colleagues perhaps you desire more wealth or a new job a new home or environment or maybe you'd simply like to feel more joyful more energized more optimistic and eager.
Choose just one area of your life to manifest be the creator.
Now leave your body in this space and let your mind become light and playful gently let the mind rise and float up above your present moment as high as feels comfortable.
Notice your body comfortably relaxed grounded and strong beneath you you are completely safe.
Come back to the timeline of your future and feel compelled into gently floating along it as you pass overhead visualizing your exciting future ahead of you until you come to the point in time of your desire completely manifested beneath you.
Feel eager as you gently float down into that event as you land everything becomes vibrant in color all your senses are alive and you are actually living this moment.
Use it in the most bright colorful exciting and joy-filled way.
As you linger let your body feel a sense of gratitude and appreciation for the event.
How does it feel to be living your desire?
Feel it in your heart feel it in your cells feeling gratitude as if this event has already happened.
Being completely calm and safe slowly float back up above now retracing in time moving as quickly or as slowly as your mind allows back to the present moment.
