Explore MeditationAfter a busy and successful 25-year career in Executive Search for the Digital and Data Marketing Industry, I found myself experiencing what I now understand to be a period of burn-out. Completing an MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) Course in 2013 was a life-changing experience for me and I felt strongly that I wanted to share the benefits of this practice to others. I now teach Mindfulness Workshops & Courses to businesses in Brighton and London and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses to international groups and 1:1 via Zoom video conferencing. I also co-teach on the MBSR Teacher Training Courses at the Mindful Academy Soterreno Retreat Centre in Spain.
