In the beginning there was God,

And God said,

Let there be light,

And from light all things came forth.

I turn away from the outer world that surrounds me.

To begin now to enter into the innermost world of my own mind,

Soul,

And spirit.

And so I turn my outer senses inward,

That the energy that I normally use for outer sense perception is now being turned inward.

Inward that I may begin to sense and feel with inner perception from within the deeper levels of my mind and my consciousness.

And so I begin to drift back inward as my sense of sight and sound and touch and sense begins to move inward,

That I may begin to sense and feel with a higher state of sensing ability.

An ability that is mine because the presence of the divine is within me.

And so the energy that I normally use for physical sense perception is now turning inward to be used for divine sense perception.

And so let me feel that I am moving,

Moving,

Moving,

Moving into myself.

And that with each and every breath that I breathe into my body,

It is as if I extract from the very atmosphere that surrounds me,

The very essence that is God's presence underlying the existence of the very air that I breathe into my body.

And so I breathe in the presence of God through my nostrils and that presence like an inner light travels down the length of my body to the soles of my feet.

And there from the soles of my feet it reverses and it begins to an upward ascent.

And in this upward ascent now,

Removed from my body all that is not God-like,

All that is not pure,

All that is not holy,

All that is not of the light,

That my entire body may be purified by the light with each and every breath that I breathe in the purification is taking place.

And with each and every breath that I exhale from my body,

I exhale all that is not pure,

All that is not of God and goodness from the entirety of my beingness.

And as this happens,

The purity that is within me is as an inner peace.

For where there is purity,

There are no opposites,

No dualities,

No conflicts.

And so these are removed from me right here,

Right now.

And in that removing,

The peace unfolds within me.

The peace is within me.

And all of the energies of my mind and body become still and quiet.

Still and quiet so that I can sense and feel the greater reality of which I am a part of.

And the manifestation of that great reality that is God's light and presence in,

Through,

And about me.

And as I think this now,

Let me realize that my very thinking process in itself is right now dependent upon that one light that created all of the energies that my mind is using right now.

And so let me feel that I am going to now travel from the outermost level of my mind,

The conscious level,

To enter into deeper and deeper and deeper levels of my mind.

As if each level is a circle and the outermost circle is my conscious human mortal mind.

And that I can travel here at will,

Through level,

Within level.

And that each level is a manifestation of God's presence.

For in my mind,

There are many mansions,

Many levels of consciousness.

And so let me feel that I am traveling now from the mortal human level of my consciousness,

The outermost circle,

Into and through the personal part of my subconscious mind,

Where all of my memories are accumulated.

And there,

As I travel through that area,

Let me feel that the breath that I am breathing into my body is purifying that level of consciousness within me with its light,

Purifying it of all negativity,

Leaving it free and clear to serve the light of God's presence within me.

And now let me feel that my consciousness is traveling into the ethereal level of my mind.

And in the ethereal level,

Here,

Where life is taken from the energies of the elements that surround me,

Inclusive of the sun,

Here within myself,

Let me feel that I am part of a consciousness of constant renewal taking place here within me,

Constant renewing of all of the energies of my body.

Each energy,

Like a color,

For each color to be different from another color is a different energy.

And that here,

Within my body right now,

There is a rainbow of color throughout every member of my body,

Throughout every cell of my body.

The purest essence of color energy emanating from God's light is here within me.

And so let me feel now that I am traveling into the astral level of my mind,

The emotional part of consciousness within me.

And that whatever emotions that I have felt or feel,

That here these emotions as various colors are being sublimated by God's light into their purest essence,

As they originally came forth from the light.

And being in their purest essence,

All negative emotions are released,

Let go of,

Right here,

Right now,

From my body and from my mind.

And now let me feel that that part of my consciousness,

The collective part which connects me with other life forms,

With all of humanity,

That that part of my consciousness is being purified by the light of God's presence in my mind.

And in that purification,

All of the color,

Thought,

And emotional energies existing between myself and all other people are purified to their purest essence,

That each color now conveys God's good between myself and all others.

And now let me feel that I've come to the center of consciousness within myself,

Where that sublimating light exists within consciousness,

Within me,

In the central upper torso of my body.

And as I contemplate the presence of light in the central upper torso of my body,

Let me feel and know that this light can divide itself up into many colors,

Each a manifestation of energy,

Each with a spiritual purpose,

If each color remains pure,

Not discolored or made murky by personal ego consciousness.

Therefore I concentrate now on the spiritual purpose of pure color,

Thought,

Energy,

As it is created by the light of God.

How color actually is as it comes forth from the light that is God within me,

And that all color that exists within me is of that same pure essence,

Just as it was given birth by the light of God within it,

Uncolored by any human personal ego,

Pure,

Divine in its essence and in its color.

And so let me think of the color red.

And as I do,

Let me realize its spiritual purpose is to energize both my body and mind to serve God,

And to give peace to the mind and body,

To have a clearer mind,

To live God's will and purpose for my soul.

And orange,

To draw upon the life-giving energies of the sun,

Representing the heart of God on a solar level,

To maintain health in my body,

Or to help in its renewal in any and all parts of my physical beingness.

And so let me think now of the color blue,

To inspire,

To represent a spiritual sky supporting the existence of the physical sky,

For all things that exist around me physically are supported by a spiritual essence,

And the blue of skies surrounding me is inspired by the blue essence coming forth from the light of God-mind within me.

And so let me contemplate violet,

Forming an energy bridge between the intuitive guidance energy from God and my conscious mortal mind.

And now let me think of gold,

And realize that energy that stimulates my mental thought processes by attuning my thoughts to the mind,

Thoughts,

And presence that is God.

And now let me think of a pink,

A pink color that represents the energy of love,

And that this energy of love exists within me because God's love exists within me,

And that I can only experience love and give love because of God's love within me that expresses itself as a pink,

Hued energy here within my consciousness.

Now let me imagine that these spiritual energies are flowing throughout my body,

Each and every one of the colors,

Green,

Orange,

Blue,

Violet,

Gold,

Pink,

And that each of these colors is beautifully pure because it has come from the light that is God's presence here within me.

So this color flows throughout my body.

Let me think of my left foot and imagine that this color,

All of these colors are in this area of my body,

Flowing forth from my left foot.

And let me imagine that as they do,

They begin to fill my auric field,

An auric field that surrounds my body that is filled with the pure light of God's presence.

And now let me feel the existence of my right foot and feel that from my right foot all of the colors of God's rainbow is flowing forth from my right foot into my auric light field.

And there filling it with God's essences and energies of manifestation in their purest form.

And now let me feel that the existence of my left knee has all of the energies in color of the purest thoughts of God,

Expressed his color and flowing forth from my left knee into my God-like light field that surrounds my body.

And now let me feel that all of the colors of God's rainbow on my right knee and they're flowing forth from my right knee into the aura that surrounds me,

Filling my auric field with all of the divine thought color energies that are part of God's presence.

And now let me feel that in my left thigh all of the myriad of God's color energies are there flowing forth from that part of my body into the aura of God's light that surrounds me.

And now let me feel that from my right thigh all of the beautiful colors in their purest form from the energy light of God is flowing into my God-like auric field surrounding my body.

And now let me feel that from the base of my spine there the God-like energy of all of God's colors exist in that area.

And as I think this let me feel that from the trunk of my body existing out into my auric field are all of the energies flowing forth from the purest essence of God's first manifestation of light.

And now let me feel that this light colored inspired energy is flowing from my lower back into my auric field filling my auric field with God's rainbow of color energies in their purest manifestation.

And now from my upper back through my shoulder blades down my left arm down my right arm coming forth from my upper back from my left arm from my right arm is all of the purest colors and energies of God's spiritual rainbow.

Entering into the auric field that surrounds me becoming part of the body emanations coming forth from me.

And as I think this let me feel my abdomen and feel here that the purity of God's light is at work and here whatever colors are being emanated from this emotional seat within my body that all of these colors now are of the purest purest essence that each and every color is as it originally came forth from God's light.

And that so all of the emotions that I feel in the abdominal part of my body now are positive,

Creative,

Pure,

Pure as God's presence of light within my heart.

And so now let me feel that in my consciousness the energies that are in my neck area are flowing forth into my auric field.

And there as they flow forth they fill my auric field with a rainbow of God's color,

God's energies so that the spoken word coming forth from my neck and throat area is divine,

Is of the purest essence,

Is that which creates good for me and for others.

And now let me feel that my consciousness is part of God's consciousness existing in my left ear and feel that from my left ear there are vibrational frequencies of sound that are part of the color energies coming forth from that area of my body into my auric field.

From my left ear and now from my right ear energy colors coming forth filling my auric field with a vibrancy of pure color,

Pure thought energy as it originally comes in its purest colored form from the light of God.

And now let me feel my scalp area and as I do let me feel that there coming forth from the very top of my head are all of the various multitude of positive God-like energies emanating forth from that area of my body,

Filling my auric field with positive colored thought energies all as they have originally emanated and come forth from the mind of God.

And now let me feel that here within my left eye and my right eye that the energies are converging,

The energies of all of the various hues of nature as they exist in their purest form,

Merging in the interior region of my forehead,

There becoming as a single visual light through which and into which I can see myself and know myself to be divine as the entirety of my body now.

From the crown of my head down the length of my body to the soles of my feet is attuned to the highest frequencies of colored thought energy emanating forth from the mind of God,

That throughout me and encircling me there is the red to energize my body and mind to serve God,

There is bright colored green to give peace to my mind and body,

To have a clearer mind to live God's will and purpose for my soul,

That there is vibrancy of orange to draw upon the life-giving energies of the sun,

Representing the heart of God within the solar system to maintain health or to regain it within my body,

That there is skylight blue to inspire,

To represent a spiritual sky supporting the existence of the physical one over my head,

That there is violet forming,

An energy bridge between the intuitive guidance energy from God and the conscious mortal mind which I think which each and every day,

And there is gold,

Golden energies that spiritually give reason,

Spiritual reason and understanding to my mental faculties,

And there is the essence now of pink energy representing love,

Filling my aura with love,

That all the other attributes of the light energy of God in the myriad of colors in my auric field may all be working in harmony for my love of God,

For my giving of my body,

Mind and soul to be an instrument for God's purpose and will in my life,

For this realization in consciousness I give thanks to God and so it is.
