**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, no agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already a meditation practice.

It is all about this nameless thing that human being has been seeking centuries by centuries.

But this moment,

Let's meet,

Truly meet at this moment with a fresh mind,

Emptying all the things we have accumulated,

Truly at this moment,

To observe,

To see,

To perceive.

This whole journey,

Which is called meditation,

Is also the process of turning inward.

As human beings,

We are all connected by the nature of mind.

The mind functions in the same way,

Across races,

Peoples,

Populations,

Without understanding the nature of mind,

Which means that the mind is trapped by thoughts.

In that state,

There is no real understanding.

The mind is divided.

Look around this world.

People are divided by thoughts,

Ideas,

Ideologies,

Opinions.

Thoughts have become so important in life,

In politics,

In media,

In education,

Everywhere.

When the mind is trapped in thoughts,

The mind is inevitably divided.

Therefore it is in conflicts,

Contradictions,

Which exist in our daily pate issues between different people.

The conflict,

The problems between countries,

Between peoples,

All kinds of individual issues,

Mental challenges,

All kinds of societal issues,

They are all the manifestation of this conflict,

Contradiction from the mind.
