This meditation will help you ground into your body, quiet the mind and tune in to your heart and its inner wisdom. Connecting to the heart gives us access to intuitive insights and wisdom beyond the mind and thought patterns. The more we practice, the easier it gets to cultivate these states, and the more intuitive we become, making it easier to navigate life with ease. May we all live in the fulness and depth of who we are.

Can we have our mind still,

Quiet,

Without any control,

So we can live a life healthy,

Sin,

Peaceful,

And joyful?

To be able to do this,

Which means that we must have energy to be aware,

To observe,

To look,

But if the energy is being consumed in our ambition,

In our purpose,

Motivation,

Where we are making efforts to achieve things,

To finish things,

When the energy is being consumed in that way,

Which is of course,

Full of conflict,

Then we don't have the energy to inquire into ourselves,

Nor to be aware.

So in this regard,

Meditation is to re-channel the energy,

So the energy can be saved from the conflicts,

All kinds of self-centered activities.

To a way of life,

Where we are awake,

We can observe non-judgmentally,

We are learning,

So the energy is consumed without any conflict.

And this real life is also free of the influences.

And a mind that is free from the influences is very alive,

Very alert,

Very clear,

Because the influence only a brain about confusion.

We are influenced to care about ourselves,

Take responsibility for ourselves,

But the inner conflict,

The sufferings,

Make us confused.
