**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, no agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already a meditation practice.

For most people,

Living in this world which is busy,

Turbulent,

Chaotic,

Confusing.

To understand this world we are living in,

We have to say that clearly,

Me is the world,

The world is me.

It's not idea or theory,

But it's a fact,

A hard fact.

This world I'm living in is the inner projection of the mind.

Thousands of billions of neurons are working together to present such a rich diversity of the feelings,

Emotions,

Perceptions.

Without understanding me is the world,

The world is me,

The confusion is ineffably there.

So me is the world,

The world is me.

That's the first step to clear the confusion about ourselves,

About this world.

What is me?

Why is me becoming so important in life?

Look around this world,

Me first,

Everything goes around me.

From life,

Work,

Education,

Everywhere,

Everybody prioritizes the me over anything else.

But we rarely examine what is me.

Physically it is body,

But psychologically why is there a me?

The information I received everyday from the media is all about me.

Everybody is conducting all kinds of self-centered activities and nobody is happy.
