Living In Truth Is Choiceless, There Is No Choice

**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY.

This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, no agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already part of true meditation.

When the mind is living in truth, There is no choice. There is only living. As long as the mind is living in choices, The mind is living in thoughts, In illusions. That's not the truth at all. So one must understand all those totally. So the mind realizes that there is no other choice. There is no choice at all. Living is living. When the mind is really at this moment, Being with what is, There is no seeking, Therefore there is no division. Thoughts come and go but never stay. And this whole being is one. It's no division. This moment, It is one. It is whole. It is total. And this moment, If we all really here now, There is no English, No Chinese, No Spanish, No Dutch, No French. There is only human beings. There is only humanity. And living in this way has a different level of pleasure, Which is innocent, Which we call joy. When one is chasing, When one is seeking, There is division. The division between good and bad, Pleasure and pain. But when the mind stops chasing, When the mind stops seeking, There is only joy. The new opposite. There is compassion. There is new opposite. There is freedom. There is new opposite. The opposite implies duality, Division. But when the mind is really at this moment, Being with what is, It is one. So there is no opposite. Compassion has no opposite. Real freedom has no opposite. Joy has no opposite. And this is the truth of living.
