**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listening attentively and with humility. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, not agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already a meditation practice.

Transcript

Living in totality is to live a life totally.

There's no division.

There's no me.

There's no self.

The mind,

The whole being,

Is in harmony with nature.

Such a living is part of the nature.

Only when you and me are living in totality,

All the differences between you and me,

All the issues are no longer important.

Because we know that they are all the consequence from this little world,

Which is called consciousness,

Where they are incessant divisions,

Conflicts.

And all these issues are no longer related.

And what is really related is the relationship,

Isn't it?

When we are really related to each other,

Care each other.

But if the mind is trapped in the fragments,

Those small issues are always the most important.

The mind is lost in the fragments.

It's trapped in all kinds of immediate issues.

That's why this world is so busy.

No matter how efficient it is,

It always has a sense of brutality.

Because we care about those things,

And we don't have space to really care about each other.

Unless we are living in totality together.
