**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listening attentively. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, no agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already a meditation practice.

Life is a learning journey,

Isn't it?

From the moment we were born until the moment we die,

It's a process of learning,

Life learning.

It's no start,

No end.

But look at our life now.

The life is full of known.

Human beings are proud of the knowledge.

The mind always stays in the known.

So we see everything through the known,

Through our experience,

Our knowledge,

Our background,

Our conditioning.

In that saying,

Nothing is new because it is always the projection from the known,

From the past.

So this way of life which brings about tremendous suffering is always in the past.

We are always living in the past.

Learning means the mind is fresh,

The mind is empty,

The mind doesn't know,

So the mind learns at each moment.
