**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, not agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already part of true meditation.

What is me?

What is the self?

People rarely ask this question seriously Because the very asking has already brought a sense of shock,

Disturbance Does me really exist?

Does the self really exist or not?

I mean,

Feel it exists,

But it can be very different from the fact that it exists So here,

Let's examine the fact,

Not the feeling The fact is objective,

But the feeling is subjective Coming from the thoughts,

The emotions,

The perceptions Which are distorted by thoughts So do you live a life by fact or by your feeling?

Look around this world,

Most people are living a life based on their feelings Especially in this egocentric world,

The personal feeling has been respected in a way that it looks ridiculous The over-emphasis over the personal feelings,

Reinforces the illusions of the existence of the me We don't condemn feelings,

But if the feelings are based on illusions This kind of feeling is not only deceptive,

But also destructive To live a life based on fact is not a life without feelings Instead,

The feelings are based on the fact The emotions,

The thoughts are based on the fact And this life must be righteous,

Must be surrounded by integrity Because the mind is very sensitive to non-facts,

To all kinds of absurdities and nonsense
