So welcome to this meditation that's going to help you to get back into alignment with yourself.
So let yourself arrive now into this moment with three slow grounding breaths.
Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling softly.
Again inhaling and exhaling.
One more time inhaling right down into the belly feeling it expanding and exhaling and softening your whole body.
This is your time,
Your moment to pause to step away from the busyness.
Step away from everything that's expected from you and to come home to yourself to what's true for you.
So there's no more need to rush or to perform.
Let's just breathe and be.
So just allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm but remember that your breath can be your anchor into the present moment.
Out of the future,
No past,
Just here now.
So bring your attention to the part of your body,
The part of you that's been carrying pressure.
The part of you that's been trying to do it all right.
Maybe you've been trying to follow the rules but things aren't going your way.
Maybe you've been following the path laid out for you,
Following a plan but it doesn't feel like it's yours.
So just notice if there's anywhere in your body that feels that tension,
Feels that misalignment and just breathe into that space.
With every exhale,
Imagine releasing some of that pressure and say to yourself,
I release the pressure to prove.
I let go of who I think I should be.
Remember you don't need to earn your worth because you are already worthy.
Now bring your awareness deeper inside,
Beyond the roles you play,
Beyond the titles,
Beyond the noise.
Who are you when you are just you and let your breath guide you deeper inwards,
Beneath the identity,
Beneath the expectations.
Deep inside there's a wise,
Grounded,
Powerful self and she's waiting to be heard.
Can you feel her presence?
Will you give her space to rise?
Because she knows what's right,
She knows what matters and she knows what's next.
Now imagine with her beside you,
Inside you,
Around you.
Imagine standing at a crossroads.
One path feels familiar,
Kind of expected,
Maybe even respected but it feels heavy.
The other path might look quieter,
Maybe a little uncertain but it feels in some way right,
More expansive,
Lighter,
Aligned.
So visualize yourself stepping onto that path.
Feel your body calm,
Your energy shift,
Your shoulders drop and let this version of you speak.
I trust my inner voice.
I choose alignment over approval.
My impact grows when I'm true to myself.
So let her energy fill your body.
Let her truth root deeply within you.
Now breathe into this shift in energy.
Away from performing for the world to being truly present.
No more striving to get somewhere,
Stepping into alignment and definitely no more shoulds because now you are connected to your soul.
You don't have to chase this alignment,
It lives within you.
But every time you say no to what drains you and yes to what lights you up,
You're coming back home to your power.
Because when I choose alignment,
Everything flows.
When I lead from truth and not pressure,
My work starts to feel good and easy.
And remember you were never lost.
You were just probably living somebody else's map.
But now you know how to find your map because it's always been there.
It's always been within you.
Taking another lovely long slow deep breath,
Letting all of this wisdom,
This energy settle within your body.
Feeling that calm inside you.
Remembering your shoulders can relax.
Your body has this wisdom.
Breathing in.
Settling into the truth.
Taking a moment to thank yourself.
Taking this time to come home to what's real.
And remembering that true alignment,
True power is not found in chasing,
But in coming home to yourself.
Removing the noise and allowing your body to remember that your truth is within you.
Take one final grounding breath.
Inhaling deeply and exhaling fully.
Wiggling your fingers,
Wiggling your toes,
Rolling your shoulders,
Putting on a soft smile for the day.
And have a wonderful inner day.
