After 6 years of suffering from this illness, Chris has discovered Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) which has helped him to make a full recovery. Convinced of the scientific and proven MBSR program, Chris has become a qualified mindfulness and MBSR teacher. His goal is to help others, reduce their stress and increase their energy, well-being and happiness. Thank you for your calm and soothing approach in this wise meditation which brings awareness and a path to acceptance. I really appreciated the guidance into facing the challenges and discomfort I’m experiencing. It was good to contrast that with finding more pleasant sensations. I would love a version of this without the bell or bowl which, sadly, because of the noise sensitivity symptom isn’t as pleasant as intended or as I would have experienced it previously.
